I spent right around 5k this year from Stone Quest just on product for my personal residence. My new house’s landscaping was a mess, but with a little elbow grease (okay maybe a lot lol) and a wife willing to let her husband use the DEBIT card a couple times more then expect everything turned out beautifully. Josh in the office/ yard was great. Always had a positive attitude. Very helpful. 2020 was a tough year but stone quest managed to make it work for everyone. Thanks for all the help guys. I’m sure I’ll see you next year for some sort of project!

Very helpful. Answered all our questions. Friendly office staff and friendly yard men. Extensive choice of mulch, bark, stone, blocks. Everything you can imagine -they have it!2021 - still worth the drive across state to buy the mulch we like(western pine large bark.) Great help loading the 65 bags on to our truck.

I Was going to buy alot of stone from here but walked away because of the owners rude attitude...

I’ve been getting products here for about 6 years now. I went in recently to have product delivered to my house. The younger woman at the front counter was very helpful. However, the older bald gentleman behind the counter (I’m assuming the owner) was an absolutely rude and unprofessional. This is the first time I have ever dealt with him, and it will be the last time I ever buy from stone quest again.

Very friendly workers but the quality wasnt there. Exact same price as going with bagged rock from homedepot but has significantly more powder than stone.

The rock was good, scheduling the drop off was good, the overall service was good. Biggest issue I had relates to scheduling and execution of the stone delivery.On Wednesday I scheduled my delivery for 12:30pm on a Friday in Midland. I scheduled the time around meetings and work obligations. This was the only time convenient for me. At 10:24am through 11am I received 10 calls and my wife also received 2 calls. These were from 4 different numbers and some within a minute each. No voicemail was left by any call made, they just kept recalling. I was in a business meeting with my phone on vibrate, needless to say my phone nearly ran out of battery and vibrated off the table in front of 20 others attending the meeting. On the 11th call I decided this must be the most important issue in America, someones life is clearly on the line and Im the only one that can save them. I proceeded to interrupt the meeting and squeezed past 10 indivuals to get outside and into a hallway to answer my phone and receive the life saving mission I assumed was waiting for me. Turns out it was just StoneQuest happen to be ahead of schedule just seeing if you wanted to get the stone delivered earlier. I said Man, I was wondering what was so important to call someones cell phone >10 times in row. It all makes sense now, stone quest is clearly trying to mimmik Jimmy Johns and embark on a new corporate mission. StoneQuest - Freaky fast stone delivery, so fast and so early it is inconvenient to its customers. Bold move and well done. And yes I would still do business again, great stone quality.
