They have good stuff at good prices...But some of the products dont last very long..So it looks nice and they give you a fair deal, but if you want something of good quality pay more and go somewhere else....

Hit or miss with items. Some of the shelves were pretty bare great prices.

Asked an employee if they had more large patio umbrellas in stock, he was nice to go look for us. He never came back with an answer for us. Told assistant manage of the store....he was like no they have no more. Said that it would have been good customer service had the employee returned to let us know so we weren’t waiting for about 10 minutes. He could of cared less so I guess we don’t need to shop there again. Customer service must be a thing of the past & this is forcing people like us that want to shop at the stores in our community, to shop online.

My wife enjoys going there quite a bit. She can shop from groceries to toys from our grandkids.

First time in this store. Excellent prices on name brand mattresses, Sofas and sectionals ... Broyhill ... Serta ... Cheaper than 3 other furniture stores we looked at today.

Lately theyve been carrying Broyhill furniture. Very good quality brand. I love it

Hoping someone else has some more info or experience with the metal frame Pergolas. Both look nice. We like the screen feature on the smaller one. Our concern is how long will this last in the Northern Michigan weather. Will we have an issue with it rusting out? We found another one similar in price at Sams but with wooden posts vs metal.

In store service is great and prices are good. Tried ordering something from the website first but it got messed up but they fixed it at the store.

Big lots in Bay City is awesome The I believe his name is Ken who helped me in the furniture department was just wonderful patient and took time to explain things to me and move furniture around so I could see what they look like. I went to Saginaw and I left their so angry Id never go back. I was told in Saginaw that this man was the emergency floor manager and he cant help anyone which I found out that is not true. So I will shop in Bay City never step another foot in Saginaw.

Slim on Halloween decor but has allot of Christmas decorations put out already and I cant wait to decorate my entire house inside and out this Christmas.

I love big lots. Especially around holidays. One of the best mattresses we ever owned was from here at a great price. Other furniture... Not so good. It might look good, might sport a name brand and be priced good but shoddily made and wont last. But of all the products they sell the furniture is the only downfall the rest is awesome! Sometimes the Saginaw store is pretty disheveled but... Its Saginaw.

Another surplus outlet store and one of the best. Unusual grocery offerings that I love looking through and trying. They have an impressive furniture selection at amazing prices. We always leave with more than we went in for.

Not once did any employee say hi or did i need help. They just sat around talking. I was going to buy a table but i couldnt get the guy right next to me to help so i left for good. Wont be back. Walmart from now on. Kids today are lazy.

We are looking for a smaller recliner and have purchased furniture in the past from Big Lots. We have been very happy with our furniture purchases. Each store has a selection to look at. We found one we like.Big lots offers a variety of items at bargain prices. 5 stars.

Just bought a sofa and a love seat.Was happy with how the store looked but our sales man was a complete dick. His name was Gene,id advise not to have him help with anything. He is not nice AT ALL
