I am really sad to see this place go. It brings back many childhood memories. I have truly enjoyed shopping here with my kids over the years and seeing the smiles on their faces. It’s always been a great place and they’ve had great employees. I highly recommend that they don’t close this and that you do shop there while it lasts.

Good item selection, but more lanes need open and they wouldnt price match best buy for me even though the web site says they do idk.

Always had a great experience at Saginaw toys r usSad its going out of business. I remember getting my first bike there and then taking my daughter for the first time, her eyes lit up like magic. Ill always hold onto her Geoffrey the giraffe toy for when she gets older. Shutting down a wonderful store :(

Business is now closed. It was a good place to shop for children and grandchildren. It will be missed by those who have visited it for 50 plus years. As business was winding down there was very little selection.

Wonderful toy store! Friendly and helpful staff. Was looking for a light up one of those new toys the fidget spinner. First I looked everywhere in Bay City where I live, and most stores were sold out, and the few places that did have them had a small limited selection. But I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at Toys R Us! The kids couldnt be happier! The next day I went back and got a few more...

I love going to toys R us. Its always so much fun. Wish I could have a shopping spree in there with my kids.

I really really like coming here. They have toys youd never find anywhere else. Thats the only reason I put up with the crappy service and completely unhelpful staff there. I was in the store for over 10 mins before I even saw an employee and that was only because another customer was yelling for someone to help her. But I generally like going in, finding something I want and buying it. I dont usually need help with anything. But when it did need help, its a ghost town.

Lots of toys, decent service, seems a little on the run down side of things, but more likely due to age of the building. Still clean and well maintained.

Went here for shopping not only for the homeless children who dont get the entitled Christmas as so many people have, but also for my niece and nephew who love starwars. This store has everything you need for the holidays and more.

Toys r us in Saginaw has the absolute rudest manager, Amy, that I have ever talked to. I called to ask about them getting more nes systems in tomorrow and whether or not its a ticket line system like on black Friday or how it works. I got out that I was calling about the system and she cut me off and extremely rudely said yes we are getting them, we dont know how many we are getting, they are first come first serve k? Bye! And hung up on me!!! Are you effing serious?!? I called back and shes like amy, how can I help you? I was like I want to speak to a manager NOW! Shes like ok...what? Im like there is no one above you I can talk to?? Shes like if you want to talk to my general manager, fine. And put me on hold! How the hell do you get away with talking to people like that?!

Scott is the best employee! Oh and corporate F*** you for taking Toys R Us from future generations!

Woman behind counter was very rude. The other older lady was sweet.

Had a girl with the name tag “Bri” check us out. Will 100% never be returning. Chimed into our conversation multiple times to give her rude point of view that we didn’t ask for. All around rude person, tried to make us feel bad for her by telling us she didn’t have money and we shouldn’t call money “paper.” Honestly should have kept her opinions to herself and just checked us out like her job description. Won’t be returning.

Im saddened that Toys R us is going out of business. This was a terrific place to go to build wonderment and joy for children.

Looking for a toy, they have plenty. Came here because my daughter wanted a Fingerling. Couldnt find one but when we got ready to check out someone had returned two. So needless to say, she got her Fingerling.

Prices on 2 different board games were 66% higher than I found later at Meijers. I did call them and have 90 days to return for a full refund.

Going out of business about time prices are still high stop going there when we stopped getting the $5 birthday coupons in the mail that was a tradition we would always take the kids there to pick something out and let them use the $5 off coupon
