Ryan and Jacob did a great job loading our roof. We werent able to get the homeowners car moved so they were patient for a few minutes while we cleared the other driveway. Perfect, neat stacks. You always know youll get great service from the Saginaw branch.

Monty and Colby got it done! Hot and could of had bigger boom truck to reach our other side of house. But they walked and stacked on this hot day. Very good job!

Staff member Dave went out of his way to find me an extra piece of shake siding. I didn’t want to purchase an entire box (at $250) when I needed only one piece! I thought this was exceptional service as he located and contacted a local contractor who was using the same product to see if he had an extra piece. Now THAT Is what I call service. Keep up the great service!

So we had them out yesterday to load shinglesThey ended up dropping a bundle of shingles on a homeowners car because they didnt have it loaded properly on the conveyer mind you its a 2 story dropSecond they loaded a section of roof and have the shingles curled over the peak wich apparently they dont do now i have 6 square of junk shinglesTo top it off I called them upset with videos and pictures of there guys and they basically told me its not an issue (paul)Extremely disappointed with the way they handledThis do not use them save yourself the hassle and frustration

Excellent customer service and delivery service

I deliver regularly into this facility. They strive to keep a neat yard and to unload you in a timely manner. If you have a long wheel base truck sometimes it is a little tight going around the building. This is my favorite place to deliver to. Keep up the good work!

This place is absolutely amazing to work with! As a business owner I understand how important customer service can be. I went in today around 2 p.m to pay for my material bill for a roof job I contracted out in Montrose, Mi. The material was scheduled to be delivered the next day so that I could meet my roofers timeline and to take advantage of the good weather. Due to a communication issue with my contractor regarding the color of shingle needed to match the garage to the house, I was gonna have to drive to see myself! Now I was in a horrible situation because I am now 35 minutes away and wasnt going to make my deadline. Jay and his boss clearly seen that this was my problem and said let me make a phone call real quick He comes back a couple minutes later and says I have a driver in Clio (Still 8 miles away from Montrose) today, I can have him run by there and go up and match the color for you? I was blown away! I am a very busy person, time is precious! As promised, his driver went to the job site, climbed up on the roof and recommended a color match so that we could move forward with the job! Im sorry but you just dont get customer service like this when you shop the big box stores! This is a valuable lesson and also a reminder to myself to deal with the local guys. My experience with this company was top notch from start to finish. Even with saving 11% savings at the big box they were still better priced! It sure is nice to work with a company that appreciates your business and is not afraid to go the extra mile for their customers! To Jay and all of the crew at Wimsatt, thank you so much! I have used Wimsatt on my last two jobs. Never had a single problem. Materials were delivered on time and in perfect condition. The delivery driver and his helper were very professional. I dont know where people are getting the sense to say that employees are treated badly, when both times I had materials delivered, the employees were excited and talked about how good the job was. Tough but very good to them. Also, to top it off Wimsatt beat all of their competitors prices. Wimsatt is my first choice every time!Thanks

Best Delivery of roofing materials in the state

One of my favorite suppliers. Very helpful. I dont like the fact that you have to wait for a check when you have a return and it costs ten dollars to cash it from the bank that the check is actually written from, but oh well. For some reason, the phone has had a busy tone all day today since 11 this morning though lol. Get off the phone so i can make a purchase!!!

No stars because my father and I have been calling or over a week about metal shake shingles all we get is “ we’ll give you a call back” so hats off to Saginaw because now we’re gunna go to the traverse city location because Saginaw can’t pick up a phone

Wimsatt is only worried about one thing, thats money. they dont care what you order, how it gets delivered or how you want it delivered. They treat their employees like they are nothing. you can get better service from there competitors. they have home owners sign a waiver that says wimsatt is not responsible for damaging their driveway if it gets cracked, and if home owner refuses to sign they still drive on it anyways!! thats not how to run a company. Dont waste your time or money with these people!

Delivery required a waiver to be signed releasing them from any damage to my drive. The delivery men refused to accept no to me not signing a release to allow them on my drive and if the driveway cracks I am liable. This is unacceptable! The men even walked through our flower bed and he said all I say was rocks. This is unacceptable!
