Everything was explained prior to my hearing tests as to how and why certain things would be done. I felt the staff was very honest and straight forward and knowledgeable.

The young man that helped my husband and I was very pleasant and he solved both of our hearing aid problems. When he looked at our aids he knew exactly that the problems were and fixed them right there. Both of us are able to hear perfectly now.

I find Hearing Life very easy to work with and feel they really care.

The hearing specialist sent my hearing aid into be repaired and when it came back he called right away to pick it up. I went in, he made sure it was working properly.He was a very good representative for your place of business.

The people there are very helpful. I didnt have an appointment but when I told them I couldnt hear at all they got me in. I really appreciate it. My hearing aid had to be sent out for repair.

Not really happy. I was told when I purchased my hearing instruments that I would have lifetime batterys it was not in writing. Now the business was sold to another company and I guess rules changed. They want me to purchase the batterys and other supplies. I dont think thats right, but I dont my the rules, time to look for someone who keeps the rules and move forward.

HearingLife always has commercials on TV and they claim that they are so concerned with helping people that are hearing impaired but thats an out and out lie! HearingLifes actions and deeds refutes that claim. Those hearing aids cost about $2,000 or more. And most hearing impaired people can not afford that. I consider that price gouging in its most rawest form. Because the technology used to make hearing aids is not even close to that price. Hearing aids can be bought for $20.00 at stores that have those as seen on tv products. And now Walmart sells hearing aids for the price of $400.00 to about $600.00. I can say that Waltmart is more concerned with helping people who are hearing impaired. But those so called, we are concerned about helping people hear, hearinglife people are full of s_ _t💩💩.

I had an appt a few years ago for hearing loss for a ruptured ear drum I had while in the military. During my visit, I was treated as if I was a criminal. I was basically shunned and pushed out the door and wasnt even given the test results. I should have given a review immediately, but I felt humiliated and shouldnt have went. I still have hearing loss and tinnitus that I live with daily as a result of weapons firing and working on a flight line next to aircraft for 4 years. I would go elsewhere if you want to deal with reasonable and professional people.

Been a patient with them for years. Been treated with concern, like I am family. Can highly recommend.
