Dave was the best! We are installing an above ground pool and we’re missing one part. He went above and beyond to help us get the parts we need it immediately. He also gave us great Advice for install. Would recommend Spartan pools!

We ordered a part over a month ago and it’s still not here. They say they will call us back but never do. They kept telling us it should arrive the following day and it’s still not here. Finally I asked for the number for the company they ordered it from and it turns out it was never even ordered. Keep getting the runaround and right now it’s middle of June and our pool still isn’t even open. Also had a professional come out to our pool twice and they said that we needed a new breaker so we bought one and it turns out we needed a new pump so we wasted money off of their recommendations. I’ll definitely be shopping somewhere else for our pool needs next year. I hope we get to use our pool this year!

Great selection of products. Sometimes I wonder about the accuracy of the testing. Adding chemicals that are not needed can sometimes mess you up. Last few times I was in the machine did not work quite right and I added way to much chlorine. Stoped using the spa trying to lower the cl.Very important trust relationship you have with your customers. Got to be right every time. Not only can you mess up the water but can effect pump seals and liner.Testing the water is probably the most important thing the customer counts on.John

Cortney and Dan are the best! They are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people! We purchased our Artesian hot tub from them and they have been so awesome with any questions we had and assisted with anything we needed ! 10 out of 10 we would reccomend, hands down!

You walk in the door and there is someone right there to help you find what you want. If they dont have it in stock, theyll order it for you. One fall they even told me to wait until spring to get the rather large part that I needed until spring when they make their big order so that I didnt have to pay for shipping. Great staff.

We had a vinyl liner installed last spring. The workers were professional and timely. The installation was well done. We are waiting to see how it wintered.

I have had Spartan Pools build two pools for us. We built the first on at our old house in 1981 and the second at our current house in 2014. They are excellent people to work with. The only problem we had with either pool was a leak in a below grade line on the old pool when it was 25 years old. They fixed it quickly and efficiently and at a fair rate of less than $250.00 including cutting and replacing the concrete. We give Spartan Pools nothing but the highest rating you can give a business.

I worked with Spartan Pools for my in-ground liner replacement. This was the first time weve had to install a new liner. I had a ton of questions. Dan (and staff) was extremely professional and always returned my (MANY) calls when I had questions/concerns. They were flexible with my schedule, performed the work as quoted, and did a great job. They are not very good at diagnosing and fixing problems. They are sure to charge for the service, but not to fix any problems.

Spartan pools has gone above and beyond in customer service. we had our pool installed 3 years ago and I cannot thank Dan enough for coming out on his own time to problem solve an issue that we had recently. It is customer service like that which is hard to find and makes this an amazing company to do business with.

Spartan Pool really helped us get our new (used pool) up and running after buying a our home. There team of professionals came out and instructed us on what needed to be done and showed us how to do it.When we discovered there was a problem with the pool, the Spartan Pool was out with in a few days for the required repairs.
