Dont ever stop there when the new guy is there. I believe he is the owners brother. He is very rude and has no respect for customers. I know of several people that will not stop if Rico is not working. He has absolutely no personality. Too bad the owner refuses to do anything about all even with all of the many complaints that he has gotten about him. If I could give 0 stars because of him I would. The younger kid and Rico and the owners wife are all very nice. Maybe when he looses all of the regular customers and the money they bring in he will get rid of him.

Usually dont have an issue purchasing anything here, but my last visit I bought a 4 pack of Founders KBS and the guy charged me 35$ for it; I didnt notice until I had left... For reference a 4 pack of Founders KBS is $20 max. Check your receipts before you leave. Shady.

Just such a friendly neighborhood store. . Knows the regulars by name. And their orders lol. Some like to stand at counter and just chat on about something. No one, especially Rico looks upset or rolls eues. Everyone there is a person, and treated that way

We have lived in the neighborhood for about 20 years, Visit at least 3 times a day, The tall guy who works in there is rude everyday, I no longer want to stop there i want to continue driving and go to rite aid when he is working.I most likely paid for the new pavement there with my cigarette habit. Rude Cashiers are bad for business, Until this guy takes a hike.I will be traveling farther to Shattuck Market..Its gotten to the point where if i dont see Ricos truck there (fantastic Employee ), I dont even want to step in the store. Case in point, Went in there this morning for Cigarettes, Miley Cyrus was playing on the radio, Being the friendly person i am, I said to him, I went and seen her in concert, He mumbled something, I said HUH? He said I DONT CARE...I walked out of that store, And most likely will never return!
