As a new runner, I was in need of a good pair of shoes. Chad and Joe helped me a lot and got me into a great pair of Brooks Ghost 14. They spent over a hour with me, but I didnt want to write a review until I went for a run. I ran 3 miles on one of my normal routes with my fastest times to date. I never imagined what the right pair of shoes would do. I live over an hour away, and they have a great online store when I am ready for another pair. Thanks again for all your help.

Zach was a great help in finding the right shoes for me. He took me though a comprehensive analysis of my natural gait, balance, pressure and foot size and gave me personalized recommendations. I was allowed ample time to try 4 or 5 different pairs before making my decision, and was able to test multiple sizes before walking out in a new pair of perfectly fitting shoes. Would definitely recommend both experienced and novice runners to stop in for an upgrade if the old kicks are getting worn out.

Ive been purchasing my running shoes from the Saginaw Store since at 2013 and when small business were forced to close to the public due to COVID-19, Chad was very helpful via email in helping me pick out my next two pair of shoes. I was in dire need of new shoes and had a recent knee injury. He responded promptly to my inquiry on the website, answered my questions, and was very thorough in making sure I purchased the right pair of shoes for me. Even with the COVID shipping delays, I received my shoes fairly quickly and LOVE both pair. After resting my knee for a bit, I took my new shoes out and my feet and legs feel great and no knee pain! I came to Runners today for the first time EVER... I wasn’t even expecting to find the perfect pair of shoes because I’ve never had any luck there! But, the customer service today was outstanding, Tellis was so knowledgeable and kind, and helped me through the whole process of understanding my feet issues and we found the perfect fit. I’m so grateful for the knowledge and amazing kindness today!! Shopping is never easy when you have no idea what you’re looking for, but you guys made the experience great. I’ll def. be back! Im not a runner, but I want to be. I have a difficult to fit foot and the pros at Runners helped me find a shoe that fits the way I need to get me on my way. They have a fantastic return policy if needed and will transfer shoes from other stores if they dont have your size. Im impressed. Thanks guys!.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. They were great trouble-shooters when I came in with an unconventional problem with my Garmin watch (which I didnt even but at the store, but totally will in the future if I upgrade!). Excellent experience at this store!

They also have a lot of higher end running clothing, which is a nice option to have. Love supporting locally owned family businesses.

If your looking for good quality sport shoes in Saginaw this is the place to go! The sales people were customer friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they sale! And they are moving soon to a location across from the mall on Bay Rd.
