I have not had the opportunity to rent anything from them yet but visited them last Friday to talk about tent rentals for weddings. Linda was at the front desk an was so friendly and helpful to us. She took the time to design several layouts for us to get an idea of how we could set up the tent and how much it would cost. She was very patient and accomodating and we are so grateful for all of her help. I will update if we do more work with them. Thank you for helping to alleviate some of this crazy wedding stress, Linda!!

We rented a 70 clear top tent for our outdoor backyard wedding in Clarkston this June and we were very happy with it. The tent was high quality and helped make for a beautiful evening. Tom and his team were great to work with onsite for setup and pickup. Wed use them again and recommend them for you.

Nothing but great things to say about the folks at Rental City. I have rented a number of times and have never had a problem. I Recently rented a machine and it broke down half way through my job. Frank and the crew tracked down the necessary parts, fixed the machine the same day and allowed me to pick a day to pick it up again so i could complete my job with no hassle whatsoever. Great customer service!! I would definitely recommend them.

Ive used Rental City a couple times for renting nail guns and other equipment, and not only do they have a great staff that is terrific at customer service, but theyre very reasonable on their pricing.If theres anything you can think of that you need, they probably have it.I would recommend them to anyone...very pleased with their service!

Horrible! Not helpful in the least! Walked in to ask about reception rentals like tents and dishes and the girl was not helpful at all. Acted very annoyed we were there asking questions. She never left her seat and did not know any answers to the questions we asked at all. We went down the road to Rent Rite and was VERY satisfied with their customer service. We could tell the girl for Rental City did not want us there. It was a shame because they were our first choice for renting for the reception but I will never return there to rent anything ever again. Horrible service would not recommend to ANYONE!
