Extremely clean, one of the cleanest Ive been in. Not busy but no one near the registers or the front in general. (Anyone could have walked in and stole anything or honestly walk straight out after shopping.) I had to walk all over the store to find someone to check me out. She nicely apologized but it was still annoying I had to go searching for someone. She was very polite however, do not find that at Dollar Tree very often.

I was at the dollar tree in Kirkwood, MO ON SUNDAY SEPT 12 and was very disappointed in the way I was treated by the assistant manager. She was two registers down from where I was checking out and told me to hurry up because there was a long line. She had 1 person in her line and could have called for people to come to her register. She was not waiting on me so therefore had no business telling me to hurry up. Susan was waiting on me and was very personable but your assistant manager makes me never want to go back to this particular store. I understand it’s extremely hard to find employees right now but do you really need someone who thinks she is above everyone else?

This location has the most extensive arts and crafts section Ive ever seen in a Dollar Tree.Employees were properly masked. Lots of hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, masks, and even face shields for sale.

This is an excellent Dollar Tree store. Its always clean, well stocked & the employees are helpful & pleasant. While shopping I watched an exceptionally kind employee help a very elderly gentleman do his shopping. Alicias assistance and concern for this man was genuinely sincere.

Excellent staff and of course great prices. You also never quite know what you will find. The Kirkwood location however is in DIRE need of a remodel. At the very least new floor and paint would go a long way. Im sure the staff does their best to keep it maintained. It just needs some updates.

Treated me with disdain & utter disrespect all because I wasnt wearing a mask. She was throwing my items. Talked to a manager & she said since she didnt have an arm I was at fault, unbelievable

My visit yesterday at the $1.00 store in Kirkwood was good. They are always stocked and everyone knows their job. If u ask where things are everyone knows the lay out of the store. Will continue to show there along with my friends,keep up the good work.Be safe 😷😊🥀

This is a good Dollar Tree in St. Louis. They seem to be better stocked and organized than many other locations. The cashiers are friendly. Its hard to find things and the store is not laid out well at the front to move around. Its the dollar store.

The Kirkwood store is always clean and well maintained, stocked up.

Fast in and out. Love it and their pricing.

I love the deals I find here. I wish they kept some things in stock, but when they do its a great deal! I also wish it was a bit cleaner but I recognize that for the prices, that is asking a lot. Honestly, I love the DollarTree for certain items and will keep shopping there!

Shopping at the Dollar Tree in Kirkwood is great! The staff members treat you like family, and the store is always SO well stocked. It is a very well organized, and clean store too!

This Dollar Tree in Kirkwood, MO is one of my favorites.. so many great choices, and,the BEST part everythings $1! Great location, close to ALDI, Auto Zone, Burlington, Hobby Lbby, Arbys, Chipotle, Walmart, Lowes Sams Target, Canes, STLCC, and many more.

Its kind of amazing that you can get some fairly decent stuff here for a dollar. There are some name brand items and general purpose items that hold up as well as anything else.I wouldnt but everything here but if they have a brand that would be $3 or $4 somewhere else, why spend the extra?

Such a full well stocked great high quality selections and so clean and organized. I will be making this store my home store. Thank you to a great team.

Fav location so far. Always clean, organized, and stocked. Of all the locations Ive been to, this one seems much larger. They recently added an Arts & Crafts isle that is very nice!

The store is always clean. They are wheelchair friendly,with wide isles and not much sitting in the isles. Only draw back is a couple of the cashiers are crabby.

Who doesnt love Dollar Tree? Best place to buy typical household essentials. Plus tons of other useful and/or fun items at a price that cant be beat.Happy a store is very close to home.

I asked if there was sanitizer for carts or hands and was told no we spray them I did not see anyone spraying the carts after or before use. The entrance to the store very littered and dirty. This store not well kept like other DollarTrees!

They almost always have what Im looking for. Its the only place I buy ribbons and bows for presents. Or, if you like, they cant be beat on gift bags $1.00 each. Dont look for high end things. But, for day to day genetic items they cant be beat.

Well organized . Had just what I wanted unlike a different Dollar Tree I visited a few days ago. This one has nice displays.

Lately every time I’ve come in their lines have been extremely long, while staff sit their and talk to each other taking their time. Several times have I told many of the staff here after them making me wait 5 minutes if not more to have a good day and they simply reply with “mhm”. They have never once apologized to me as a customer for having me wait and stand in line for a few items and I rarely if ever get a “have a good day, sorry for the wait” from anyone. I work in customer service and as a cashier, I’m embarrassed for them to have such a negative manner to them. Many of the staff often seem like they are there purely for the paycheck and if that’s the only reason they’re working there for, they need to find a new job.

I love this store! The employees are very helpful and friendly. I have a dollar tree thats a little closer to my house, but I drive a little further to go to this one because of the product selection and the customer service.

Waited in line to check out over 20 minutes. It was only 2 people in front of me.

I love dollar tree, but this particular location made me cut back. I went there when leaving the college one day and had on jeans, a cardigan and boots. SUE was working the register and I noticed when I am not with my husband, who is a white man or professionally dressed, she neglects to give me friendly customer service. When I asked to speak to the manager, she repeatedly asked why. Obviously, she knew what my reason was. Her friend/ neighbor asked for me to give her a break b/c she had foot surgery, as if I forced her to work. As I explained it to the inconsiderate manager, Sue and her friend involved other customers in line, one of which was a co-worker. I was so hurt, but I prayed on it and someday, racism and discrimination wont exist.

Love the Dollar store but always go in for 2 things and wind up giving the cashier a $20.00 bill which is of course the idea. People friendly and helpful

I love this store I go here right before work every weekend. Though lately Ive noticed that their bathrooms are disgusting and theres like an almost moldy pee smell near the back of the store.

90 % of Aisles were congested with boxes. And of course being Easter week store was crowded, made shopping difficult, didnt get everything I needed because of boxes everywhere and couldnt get through some aisles unusual for this store but disappointing
