Very knowledgeable people who arent on a commission. New the difference in the flooring structure for really a water proof product good for damp areas.Knew lead times, new inventory and lead times and could quote installation for new construction.Wife found exactly what she was looking for, and shes happy, what else is there to say.Oh yea, we were concerned about the toe nails on the puppy and scratches. They new what products were a better choice for wear layer.

Today we stopped in to look at flooring there were two Associates, one looked like to be doing training on a computer and the other was helping a customer. Neither of them took a minute to welcome us to the store or say welll be with you shortly. Five minutes later another couple walked in and they were also ignored.I am a local business owner and I was appalled by the customer service I understand that both of the associates were busy but it doesnt take any energy to welcome customers or the associate that was on the computer to pause the training and help customers. We walked around for 20 minutes before deciding to leave and take our business elsewhere. Greatly disappointed in the service!!

Antonio was awesome! He spent the time to answer all of my questions about different products. He made sure I had everything that I needed to finish my project. Very informative. I will be back if I have any other flooring needs. Highly recommended.

We went here to comparison shop. I was very surprised to find their product of better quality and prices lower than the big box home repair stores. Will definitely be returning to complete my purchase.

I came in late afternoon on a Friday to help some friends of mine out and was taken care of very well. The salesman was very helpful and very kind also helped me load which having a bum hand really helped. I will definitely go to them first the next time I do flooring.

We went into Lumber Liquidators recently to start looking at flooring. The sales representative was helpful and provided a lot of information and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable. We have decided to go with a different flooring brand they do not carry so we cant speak much to the product itself.

I was treated very well by everyone working at this store. Thank you for the great service. I will return again in the future.

I have no clue why there is bad reviews for this place. I have worked in construction for over twenty years and have dealt with all kinds of suppliers. I can honestly say the team at this store (specifically Thomas and Shawn) have provided the best service and experience I have ever received from a supplier. They are knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful. Their prices are the most competitive I have found in the area and you get better products for the money. Im guessing with some of the other reviews that the people bought the absolute cheapest materials and didnt install it to spec which would produce the results they got. You cant blame a supplier for that. I would definitely recommend this team to assist with your flooring needs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!We bought an expensive bamboo floor from LL. The installers came to lay the floor. Instead of checking the walls to be sure they were square they simply started at the front door. Because of their lack of checking and verifying first we are now stuck with flooring that is a wedge. On one 8 foot interiot wall the flooring is off by over one inch. I am a rank amateur and I know to double check all walls and adjust the start piece to ensure the flooring is laid in as square as possible to all interioe walls.Trying to get LL to own up to the mistake has gone nowhere. Their claim is the floor is to specifications. What a pile of nonsenseIf you choose to buy from this place and have them install your flooring be sure they make it align properly to all interior walls not just the starting wall.

Beware of their return policy. I bought flooring from this store a month ago. At the time, the guy at the store said to buy 5% more flooring than needed...just in case. So I bought that and a strip that goes between the new floor and the carpet that he suggested I needed. It took three weeks before my installer could come out and sure enough I had one extra box of flooring and the carpet strip that wasnt really needed. So the following weekend I went to return the extra goods only to find out that they dont allow returns after 30 days. The guy said he would have let us return the stuff if it had been 32 days, but in our case it had been 34 days so he couldnt help us...company policy. I have two more rooms that need flooring, but Ill be taking my business somewhere else. If they had been flexible they would have a return customer. As it stands, Ill never buy from them again.

Buyer Beware! They claim their vinyl flooring is waterproof (and worry-proof). They have ads on the website with a bathtub with sudsy water all around it and a video with dishwashers overflowing, however the very first exclusion of the warranty is moisture, including spills.This exclusion wasn’t an oversight, it was intentionally put in. If they don’t trust their own product why should you?Con job comes to mind.

Walked in to the store, no one greeted us there were 2 employees one was with clients an the other was on the computer. We looked around 5mins went by...10 mins, and no one even approached us, a 3rd employee came out and nnothing...finally after 15 mins we left...which really sucked because they would have definitely had a paid customer with us...well go back but hopefully they have employees that are actually doing their job...

Really bad customer service, they came to measure my house. Made an appointment to get the estimate and sales rep was not at store. We waited almost one hour with no service. We were ready to get the floors and start the project. Now, I am not so sure about this place. Sounds good in their promo, but their service is awful.Other people wonder why bad reviews, it because they deliver REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!The guy who came to get the measures was nice and punctual, he got the 1 star in the review.

Great place for floors

Strongly urge you to not use lumber liquidators. The products they sell are poor quality and the subcontractors they use to install are not competant. I had bamboo flooring installed by the sub contractor. He hurried through the job, threw the product around as he installed and didnt tape together the underlayment. Not sure if his installation is the issue but the floor makes a horrible cracking noise every step as a person walks over the floor and has done so ever since installation. Its has gotten worse over the summer. The installer came back out and said it was the product, not his installation. I filed a claim with customer service and now have had two different claims people have me file the same information twice and I have not yet heard back from anyone. My guess is they will blame anyone but their product and not do anything.

Terrible service once we got past buying the product and paying up front for installation. Its been over a week since we picked up all materials and still no call to setup installation appointment. All my calls and visits to the store go nowhere. And, they add lots of costs for things you dont need, so scrutinize the invoice carefully. Ill never shop here again!

The men (yes sadly all men) that work there are overscheduled and overtly complain about it to their customers- to me this is a sign of poor management. Throughout my experience, I have waited for multiple 20 minute periods in the store, put on hold for 15 min. and hung up on, not called back when promised... just like any contractor, you need to harass them to get what you want because unfortunately more clients is more money. If youre a take matters into your own hands type of person and can do a little work yourself LL is great. If you have a full time job working with them is stressful. My experience was rushed and I always felt like I was inconveniencing someone when I had a question. Im sure the employees are great people, they are friendly enough, but they are pushed to unacceptable limits. Hire more people (preferably a bit more diverse).

2nds and low end china products. The LVT was installed at a beach house in Lincoln City was supposed to be a quality product. The first hot day last spring the floor warped and buckled when the direct sunlight was on it. The clerk said it cant be in direct light and use a blind or drape when the sun is out. Unbelievable.

Staff was experienced and helpful. On delivery day the driver was running late and the stores employee stayed an hour late for the driver to pick up. Recieved flooring because of the customer service

In and out, they didnt have a very big selection, but I got what I wanted and I really love the color of my new floor

We purchased bamboo hardwood flooring which turned out beautifully and we were told by the sales person that cork flooring would be perfect for the laundry room. We had it installed and there was some moisture from the washer which warped the floor. We filed a claim and we had the worst possible customer service, they lost the claim and then no one would call us back. The only satisfaction we got was to contact the president of the president. They said the product was satisfactory and denied the claim. The issue was not on the product but that the sales person should never have recommended we put cork in a laundry room where there is a chance of moisture. We verified with several companies and they said you would never install cork as it absorbs water in any area that has a chance of any moisture. We now have a floor that is ruined because the sales person gave us incorrect product information. Because of this I would NEVER recommend Lumber Liquidators as we spent month must getting an answer to our claim.

BEWARE!! The flooring I bought has separated and shrunk. I went to the store to discuss it-they gave me a job# and referred me to the 800 #. I filled out all the paperwork and was promisedA claims person would contact me. That was 2 months ago and now they wont return calls or emails. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!an
