I am a difficult customer to please at times, especially when it comes to my house and making custom things for my house, I bought this fan from another company, however it wasnt exactly what it needed to be. I had to change out things to make my ceiling fan work properly with the automatic lights we use.Keith was super fast and did a fantastic job.Better than the original manufacturer of the product mind you.I would recommend this company to anyone! We bought two fans here and the customer service and knowledge was outstanding from start to finish. One fan had an issue a while after installation. The staff went above and beyond to identify and fix the problem. Their attitude was fabulous the whole time. They are a pleasure to deal with and obviously take great pride in their work and service. We wont go anywhere else for our lighting or fan needs.

They have some of tbe most beautiful chandeliers I have ever seen before at decent prices for good quality.

We have been here with various issues or needs a number of times since moving to Salem two years ago, and every person who works here has been more than helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We have never been steered wrong, even when presenting them with some pretty challenging (read: working on a really old farmhouses lighting issues) situations. They are, hands-down, our #1 place to head to when we need something, be it a part for a lamp or a help with a lighting problem at the house.

Absolutely no customer service! One customer at the counter, nobody else in store nobody acknowledgd my existence. At the time there were at least 3 employees in the store. Ill be purchasing my homes lighting somewhere else.

I purchased a brand new lamp from Goodwill the other day. I was excited, as I got it for a killer deal compared to new lamps you find at furniture stores. When I got home to plug it in, it didnt work! (of course) Instead of taking it back, so I could be given a useless in-store credit, I found The Lighting Gallery on Google and decided to see if I could go for a cheaper solution. They had the part that I needed in stock and it was dirt cheap. For $2.79, he gave me the part and even showed me how to replace it. I definitely recommend coming here if youve got a spendy lamp that is broken. Support your local businesses!
