Love this place. The owner is such a wonderful and caring person and strives so hard to keep a very nice and clean store with great energy. One of my favorite smoke shops.

Bought a $20 lighter that broke a week later and they told me they didnt take returns. So dont buy anything there there that isnt consumable because they dont stand behind any of their products even if they are obviously defective

Nice place but they never have real Mr.fog pens. Theyre always fake. Never buy Mr. Fogs from these guys. 2 for 20 is a deal they have for them because they probably know theyre fake

Stopped at this great shop during my visit to Salem and i couldnt be more satisfied. The vibe was just right, the owner was very helpful and not to mention that the prices could not be beat. I have been to many tobacco shops, but this one is really amazing. The awesome selection, the reasonable prices, and the friendly staff makes Cardinal Tobacco my favorite shop. I think everyone should give it a shot!
