Called to have my dishwasher looked at that I had purchased at Suburban years ago as it was not draining. The repairman came in a couple days. Diagnosed a bad pump. Ordered the new pump and had it working all in a weeks time. Courteous on the phone and in person.

Could go to an out of town big box store and when something goes wrong..who are you going to call??? Made in America Maytag - wife loves it - Make me a happy guy!
