Great store! Wonderful and Helpful employees. However for a newer store the water refill machine broke on me while filling a 5 gallon bottle of water. Told customer service. She said machine had been fixed many times before. The water refill machine on Crawford street always seems to work. And the check the price scanners never work here either. Lot of stuff broke for a newer store. Kroger corporate needs to get on the ball!

Cashiers cant count back money or work right, yet all self check stands are card use only guess we dont need your store in our town! This store sold medical masks in the pharmacy area for a box of great health masks for 10.95 and all the strings broke as soon as you put them on your face, SOLD TRASH, STILL MADE IN CHINA, THE BEST PART IS YOU CAN NOT RETURN THEM, SHAM SHAM

Great produce, all other prices are steeper than the competition but for fruits and vegetables this is the best place to go

Dillons has the most extreme salad bar in town.Sooo many choices I could barely close the lid on my container.

We really enjoy going to this Dillons. It is the largest one in town and has a large selection of groceries and other products. All 3 Dillons in town are always clean and well stocked. The personnel are friendly and helpful.

Pharmacy was fine. Store on Planet did not have sf white chocolate macadamia cookies nor diet Dr.Pepper. Cashier very curteous and receptive. Unfortunately, the customer behind me was rude to us and wanted to rush me out

10:15 pm. 6 SELF CHECK OUTS ALL BEING USED. 3 customers in line waiting. No regular lanes open. 2 employees just standing and watching as customers waited. Reminded me of Wal-Mart. People with very full carts trying to use self checkout what the heck?Getting bad Dillions. No sign of a manager. GOING TO CHARGE THE PRICES YOU DO AT LEAST HAVE TWO LANES OPEN.

It would be helpful if they had an app(like Walmart!) Which would guide the shopper to the location of products

This store is filled with healthfood options and plant-based foods! I was very excited when I discovered this. I was a bit apprehensive due to Salina being a smaller town than Manhattan or KC. This is now my go to store!

Thursday October 29th 2020 I placed a online pick up for groceries I believe around 1:48pm. The only time slot available was 7-8pm.I decided to call immediately and see if I was just able to come sooner to only pick up the DayQuil I had purchased online. Even though I knew that seemed ridiculous because I had just placed the order.When I called I spoke to a woman named Jaia.This individual was so accommodating it was unreal. I let her know that I was ill and I didnt want to go inside because I didnt want to get anyone sick.She was so sweet and compassionate. She said she would get my meds ready and give me a call.She called me back in less than half an hour to say my entire our was ready for pick up. I was so GRATEFUL that she went out of her way for me, and 5 hours early?? Who does that anymore for any company??!!I believe this woman should be recognized for her generosity and going way beyond the extra mile to help me so I could start feeling better sooner.Some companies really dont see the work their employees do behind the scenes. Thank you Jaia and God Bless!! They are very lucky to have you!!

Bought flower bouquet and when I took it out to put in vase, it was falling apart 😪

Horrible. Pharmacy drive-thru is a joke. There is two lanes in the pharmacy but they don’t acknowledge one lane so it’s pointless to sit in it and wait while everybody else is helped in the other lane. The selection of food on the shelves is not like the other Dillons store in town either. Usually just a waste of time to go. So take my advice and ignore this location.

You helped with the myth that husbands dont know when their anniversarys are by delivering my wifes flowers a day early.

I used my Dillons card and the pop was .99¢ if you bought 4. Well guess what I was over charged so of course now I have to remember to take my receipt of get a refund. I think when things like that happens we should get a 100% refund. What a pain in my rear.

This is one of my favorite stores!

This time I went late, pretty much at closing. The nice thing about this is the fact that I was one of maybe eight customers in the store. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and I was able to get in and get out quickly. Another added bonus of going so late was the fact that the parking lot was practically empty. The nice young man who was getting carts just took it when I was done so there was no need to push it anywhere...great service by staff.

This is Dillons newest store in town. Store is kept exceptionally clean and usually very friendly and courteous service. Good selection of items including diet / gluten free / ethnic and health sections. Prices are competitive. A little more expensive than Sams Club or Save A Lot, but not much.

This Dillons has everything! I love their free pick up service sleigh I have had some issues with not getting some items that I ordered and it takes forever for them to refund you the difference.

I called the Dillons on Crawford Street and sunset plaza the not so happy Dylans the people talk about each other right in front of the customer the prices are ridiculous the grapes have no flavor why spend $1.69 a pound on grapes that have no flavor it is just crazy the the price is at Dillons they say that theyre the best but they certainly arent

Ordered from Instacart, got expired items. Neither Dillons or Instacart would Assist. Lisa Manager on Duty at Dillons Was rude to me and InstaCart rep on conference call and hung up. She also wasnt concerned with what expired items we received. Home delivery is no go.

Order my 92 year mother a birthday cake on Sunday. Was told by the young lady I would receive a call on monday by the Person in charge of the bakery on monday if they could not make the cake I had ordered. Picking the cake up on Tuesday at noon. I receive a call at 9 am from the girl telling me they can not make the cake I had asked for. So now I can not even order from someone else. Poor customer service.

Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Store is always clean and products well presented. Plenty variety of quality product, especially produce, with decent prices as well as there continuously being great sales and members savings.

As much as I like this place I have to give it a three star. Three reasons Ive come to this conclusion 1. Theyre always in the way during the busiest time stocking the shelves. If they spent the same amount of time greeting and showing customers where items are located the customer experience would increase also pushing up the customer satisfaction rating. 2. There are no employees that speak and engage with customers. Its a grocery store one of the best in Salina but sometimes I think the employees forget how personal they should be to the shoppers. Saying hello, asking can you help, and thanking shoppers increase customer loyalty. 3. They just do things at there own pace. Not that you have to be super fast bit check out should be a better experience as youve just checked a customer out whos spent time and money in your store and they should be thanked by happy, friendly, and smooth checkout once you end the visit. Its so inconsistent and its just too subpar. The prices are competitive, the saving are always nice, and the products are always available in stores. They have done a great job enhancing the look and layout of the store and it feels like with the addition of the cooler sections the food is fresher. I really like the points rewards and the savings it offers for gas. They try and do a lot of neat things for their customers. I want to see more unconjusted environment where employees are engaging and looking to guide customers around the store making it a more friendlier shopping environment for everyone. I really like this place and it super convenient for me. The self checkout lanes on both sides of the store are really convenient. I wouldnt recommend the pharmacy as they are not the friendliest bunch and many times they refilled the wrong pills or they are very slow to call pills in to your doctor and get things going. But none of them ever seem to really want to be there or help out which is troubling.

Store is very clean. Pretty well organized. Hardest part is find items with there new reset. Management walks the floor checking if there customers are finding what they need. If they cant management is happy to walk them to the item in question. They dont pass customers to other employees. I shop here regularly. Nice atmosphere. Never see employees in a bad mood. I just wish they kept all the GMO in one area. Instead of me having to look for it.

Occasionally the service here is very good, but lately is struggling. Maybe the work ethic I expect is higher than Kroger does. I dont feel I expect a lot. Please improve. I pass Aldis each day, its really not a problem to change.

They are getting worse all the time. They dont seem to have near the supply that they should have I mean I cant even find my copy there anymore. this whole idea of wearing mask is ridiculous the mask do not work anybody that believes they work is a freaking sheeple

Extremely busy this Super Bowl Sunday. I was shocked to find no carts whatsoever inside. Despite the extreme busyness, the clerks were as welcoming and helpful as ever.

The people that work there are wonderful. They are very helpful and friendly. The prices are pretty high for here.

Today was Sunday. Usually a busy day at Dillons. Everyone must have been Christmas shopping, because it wasnt very crowded while I was there. It was nice shopping today!

Since Kroger bought Dillons it has gone down hill.

This was a great addition to the Dillon stores in town in regards to location. I wish they would have used this opportunity to make it a Dillons Marketplace as I love going to those stores in Wichita.

Since their recent rearrangement in the store, finding things can be confusing. It would be nice if the stalls in the parking lot were angled at 45 degrees, instead of 90 degrees. It would make parking much easier.

Dillon on Cloud is the greatest!! Staff is super friendly. Even customers help you reach groceries off of higher than I can reach shelves.

Do most of my shopping at Dillons. Good location. Easy access. Multiple locations. Good selection. Good prices.

Please Please teach your baggers how tobag groceries. Im tired of having frozen in with produce, cleaning with my bread and the worst yet...unbalanced bags. You want to be the best in Salina than act like it.

The 2018 remodel is a train wreck. The employees are just as clueless as the customers. Compound that by Dillons removing the bulk items, and we can no longer get a specific amount of items such as almonds, steel cut oats, etc ... and it seems like theyre creating chaos and delivering LESS to the customers. What a disappointment.
