Been waiting since January after they told me it would be about six weeks at the most and here it is almost 4 months later and haven’t received nothing. They don’t answer phones and apparently can’t tell when shipments are coming in

This is the most fraud company I’ve ever been to they charged my card randomly and didint give me recipes thank god they filed a law suit on them they deserve it free money thanks rac

If you can not afford to pay big. Look them up . check the contract and you will be enjoying what you rent in a few hours..

Worst customer service ever!! They harass you with calls about payments.. They don’t help you at all about any questions you may have. The manager Claudia was really rude when I called and she clicked on me. When the item is delivered they are always late.

My delivery was supposed to be from 11-12. 1156 I call them and the guy informs me that my stuff is loaded on the truck and they were just about to call me and tell me the truck wont start. So about a whole hour after your scheduled delivery you were going to call. Very disappointing.

Customer service was horrible! I called multiple times and got the run around.... Many times I even got a FAILED promised follow up call. If you dont absolutely need furniture from here.... Dont bother! # TRY BIGLOTS... This RAC is a let down!!

Don’t expect your stuff on time, they say they’ll deliver one day, but it’s never that day. And they don’t call to let you know they aren’t bringing it that day. Very unprofessional.

WE GOT A ROOM GAME, AND THE BIG ARMCHAIR BROKEN FROM BEING SITTED! AND IT RESULTS THAT THEY CAN DO NOTHING! AND I HAVE TO PAY THEM! OR IF THE RETURNS WILL KEEP THE $ 500 DOLLARS THAT I HAVE PAID! THEY WILL TAKE THE ARMCHAIRS AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN ME ANY MONEY.THE TRUTH I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THERE! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!EASY TO LOOSE THINGS TO ONE!
