Great place to come get your car fixed after a minor collision. Service is professional and communicative. Liz at the desktop was very friendly and welcoming. Car was done on time and was looking brand new. There was a little issue, since there wasn’t any of the tech guys on the clock at that time he went above and beyond to get fix it on the spot. That says a lot to me which is someone who cares about their clients. I’m not a person to leave a review but I made an account to give credit where it’s due. Highly recommend this place for friends and family.

I chose Fix Auto based on a list my insurance gave me. Initially, I wasn’t expecting my car to look the same after being hit on the side. However, I was impressed by how much better it looked. I took my Ford Escape to Fix Auto Salinas to be repaired and from the beginning Anthony, the manager, was very friendly, courteous, and wanted to make sure I was informed every step of the way. My repair took 6 days instead of the expected 7 days, and when I went to pick the car up, it looked brand new. Anthony and his team made sure I was satisfied and gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop.

She made sure I got a ride to the hertz office for my rental. I dropped off my car Monday and they called me on Wednesday like they said, to go over the cost of the repairs. They told me my car would be ready to go on Tuesday April 2nd. I received a call on Friday afternoon from auto fix saying my car was ready to go. I could not believe how fast it got repaired. Once again I came in to the office and the gentleman that helped me went over everything and was clear when he explained what has been fixed. Great place. Always seem to have some sort of trouble when getting your car repaired whether it’s that they never keep you updated on the status, or some sort if quality issue. Not here. Had a great experience Anthony was on top of it car looks like brand new and I got an update everyday on the status of the car. They even did a couple extra things to the car at their expense. When I first walked into the Fix Auto Sales collision repair shop, I was approached immediately by a man named Anthony. He has great customer service skills and knows exactly how to please his customers.

Car was deemed totaled, I went to gather my belongings from out of the car, they got the paperwork mixed up, and I almost signed the one that says Im taking the vehicle instead of the release of the vehicle. I forgot my wallet in the vehicle while I was removing my things, I called their number and explained I might have forgotten my wallet in the vehicle while gathering my things. The woman I spoke to said she went to look and did not see my wallet in there. I returned to the shop to see for myself and the man who walked me to the car opened the door and saw my wallet right away. Maybe the woman over looked it, but with the wrong paperwork and then this, it just doesnt seem to me like a place that I would trust. However, my vehicle is still totaled and been released to the insurance company. So I no longer have to deal with them or the vehicle at all anymore.
