I’m more than satisfied with this locations drive up. The delivery is fast and efficient. Employees are friendly and extremely fast in bringing your items. I’ve only had to wait once but it was during a busy time 12-1ish and the employee let me know ahead of time and apologized for the wait. I usually place my orders after 6 and I do not have to wait at all. I highly recommend.

They had everything I needed. However, checking out was not the greatest experience. The casher did not greet me, was not friendly, and did not offer me a bag I had to ask for it myself. I went during my lunch time and was trying to get my kids school supplies but when I went to check out there was this huge line. Thankfully they opened more register but even then this cashier did not speed up the process to get the costumers out. There are ways to be fast and cortious and he was neither of them.

Target really stepped up their game with order pickup in store and drive up. The layout inside the store is a bit different with the order pickup being located outside of the customer service area. The staff was very helpful and even though they were with a customer they took the time to notify me of where i could pick up my order.

Had a situation where I was trying to purchase an item that was for some reason not able to be sold, yet there was like 20 of them on the floor. So i came back on the date of release, come to find that a customer had come in the day before and bought them off a target employee he was friends with. Unprofessional as hell. Man doesnt hit as it once hit before. There old design was better than the new one. They need to put it back to how it used to be. Im tired of the new target in Salinas. Yeah so Salinas Target bring back the original target that we used to have. Just destroy it, strip it down and bring back its original.

Fast and friendly service. Drive up feature is a life saver and so easy. Ordered via the app, parked in one of the convenient Drive Up sections and my order was promptly brought out to my trunk. Great job Target!

A cashier named Cathy had a very rude attitude and refused to charge me. She said I am not going to ring you up. Then she called someone else to charge me.Also when I go to do my shopping I can hear her screamings and that bothers me when im shopping. People like that should not be working in customer service she needs classes on how to treat customers and employees in a more civil way. She is so unprofessional.

I visited my local target store this evening looking for a specific baby item (baby bouncer), that I very much needed as it was a last minute gift. I was sure they had because prior to going, I looked online. As I approached that particular aisle I was disappointed to see that there were no more boxes. I asked someone who directed me back to an empty spot i was already confronted with but by chance I came across a team member in that aisle named John, who asked me if I was doing okay and after explaining my situation he scanned the display item and brought one from the back! Customer service skills were great! I was so in a rush I hadnt properly thanked him for his wonderful help as he took that one extra step to have me leaving a very much satisfied customer!

I used their Drive Up service for the first time yesterday. It was easy and quick. I had barely clicked on the Im Here button when the staff member came out with my order. A quick scan of the bar code on my phone was all that was needed before he loaded the items into my truck and I was able to leave. For someone who cant shop inside a store right now this was amazing!

I purchased about 7 items and they gave me my order in 5 bags. I am disappointed in how many plastic bags were wasted. My order could have easily been condensed to 1-2 bags. Please take this into consideration for future orders. Please be kind to our planet!!!

I love target. Can easily drop 200 each visit. Dislike your process if you dont add your coupon. To your cartwheel you dont get the discount. 👎👎👎👎 now I have to make a visit to return items.

This target is extremely busy everyday.there Starbucks inside are very slow and dont know what they are doing.

Pickup order is ready in a short time. I received Visa gift cards for Christmss. I had no problem setting up gift card in methods of payment. Walmart does not allow pickup purchases to be paid by Visa gift cards.

Overall, I love my local Target (Salinas, CA)The store is very clean and organized, its easy to find things, and for whatever reason it isnt its easy to find someone to help you. Great diversity of product. Always enough check outs and willingness to open more if needed. Im sure there is more things Im not thinking about at this moment.

I was out looking to buy some hangers. When I got to the aisle it wasn’t completely stocked, but I was helped by an employee named John who grabbed some black hangers from the back. Need more ppl like him

Had to bring dog in because it was really hot in car. I had over 100.00 worth of merchandise I was buying. I was ushered politely out of store. You would think they could at least let me buy what was in my cart.They we helpful before but not today.

It has been so easy and convenient to be able to use targets pick where they bring your order to your car. Dont have to get my 2 yr old son out of the car and deal with him throwing a. Fit in the store.

Although they were out/very low on items that I needed, even during the pandemic, they were on top of it. Lines were very long but they moved very quickly and efficiently and cashiers and those supervising lines were very helpful.

I have shopped at this Target for years on a regular, weekly basis. I now refuse to do so anymore. Their stock has become messy, lacking and disappointing. The worst though, is they officially have banned service animals, so I no longer can enter their store. I am disgusted by this and will no longer ever shop here again. Congrats to you Target. Youve lost a loyal customer and access to my money. I hope its worth it.

I had just left a Walmart in complete disarray and with a bitter taste left from the customer service I experienced at the competitors store. As soon as I entered the store I found and an associate (JUAN) and was quickly directed to what I was searching for with a smile and a cheery attitude. When I went to pay I was helped by Tanya she shared that her shift was a bit difficult but there would have been no one I would have known if i didnt ask. She had an infectious smile and joyous attitude to match. Thank you Target for having High Standards as a frequent shopper I notice.

They’re always quick to get my orders ready! Love the fact that I never have to wait two hours to have an order ready! It means a lot to me that I can get what I need so quick!

This Target is absolutely wonderful. If you guys dont like the mess then i suggest you stop making it,and encourage other people to pick up the cloths they drop, or the shoes they try on. Also if it gets packed with people in the check lanes,they always call for back-up and employees make their way over to get guest on their way. Moreover, employees do make the effort to get things organized and stuff off the floor, but guest just LOVE to throw everything right back on the floor as soon as a employee make their way over to sort other stuff out.. Really not Targets fault.

Nice place to shop, I like to go in the morning cause not alot of shoppers. Just be prepared to shop around merchandise boxes in the isles. Looking for a certain item also shop around, some prices are more at Target. Happy Shopping!

The salinas Target has definitely had a major upgrade from inside. Everything is up to date, clean, organized. A couple years ago this target was decent but now its entirely different

I usually would rank Target with a 10 in regards to the quality of the products, but lately or for quite some time the store is not fully stocked. The store needs to have sufficient inventory available for the customers I believe which has been lacking consecutively.

Went here to get a jewlery container, I didnt know where to look so I asked a person that worked there since they moved everything around. Employees there do not know where anything is at. They should really learn where things are in their store. They had me circle target 2. Good return policy tho, got books for my birthday; I had no gift reception but they gave me a gift card. Very happy with the prices here. I do wish they had more a selection/ variety of everything besides clothes. Very service dog friendly.

Nothing has changed in four years. I like to call Target the NON-STORE The lights are on and there are employees but they cant sell anything. Noticed lack of shelf tags to display price. Meat is sold by the package not by the pound. Yes you can pay $9 for paper towels. Went to buy dishware. Asked employee for help Dishware display is bright and attractive, unfortunately they only have one of each. I was told to go home order on the website and pick up at store. I went home and ordered from Amazon. Strange marketing approach. Totally incompetent pharmacy.

I called to inquire about a product they might have in stock, rather than drive 45 minutes on a whim, and I was left on hold for 35 minutes before they hung up on me. Glad I didn’t waste my time nor money shopping here. 👋🏻

Sloppy Store, no customer service, trash all over the store, store employees standing around talking with each, sale prices did not match prices at register or on receipt!! Had to return to store because I was charged a CRV on something that does not apply.

I went to CVS at this Target, all staff there was super nice and the young lady who helped me was very attentive.

I was looking for hotwheels car culture Circuit Legends, Team Transport, Dragstrip Demons, and Mathcbox basic cars. Anything to add to my personal collection. Unfortunately none of them were in stock. The store I visited had some matchbox, but just a few and this is not the first time i go to this store and find out the same, only a few and old matchbox cars. This has happened for at least 4 months. I decided to go back and start to buy hotwheels and matchbox toys at target since ToysRus closed but I have not been successful in finding good stuff in target stores. I can say that in the last 4 months I have stopped by different target stores (Marina, Salinas, Watsonville and Gilroy) about 20 times and I have made a purchase of hotwheels and/or matchbox toys only 3 or 4 times (including todays purchase of one single car). The other times I have had to walk out empty handed. I remember 5 or 6 years ago Target used to carry Greenlight collectibles too, but now that is just a memory.

Enjoy shopping at Target the environment and cleanliness is why I continue to shop!

I love Target in Salinas it has Starbucks and great popcorn...when its not to salty.
