I love it that we can go out inside store now to pick up items.

When purchased my textbook online I was sent an email instructing us call the bookstore once we arrive for curbside pick up. When we called, the phone message instructed us to sent and email to the bookstore and let them know the vehicle model and color with our full name and order number to bring our textbook. We fallowed all the instructions and even sent the email twice to make sure they received it and we got no response. We went up to the door of the bookstore to let them know we were waiting outside. They knew we were waiting and waiting they left us. They made no moves to approach us and all they did was pass by the door looking at us. A woman who worked there informed the girls that we were waiting outside and even then we kept waiting. We spend a good 30minutes+ waiting outside. When more people came to the curbside, thats when we started being helped. The young girl was kind to help us and told us the email was down but wished we could have been informed sooner since we were outside waiting .

Everyone seemed so happy to help me. I needed books for class, but didnt know what books and I told the gentleman was class it was and he got me all the books I needed. Super nice and everyone was just so helpful and kind. Great prices. Cheaper there then on Amazon. The guy manager there is soo nice and cares for customers
