Staff and service people very polite and helpful. Serviced my car done promptly. Appointment was scheduled the next day, that was awesome since I needed service quickly. Do to Covid I do not go out in public much and loved seeing that everyone was wearing a mask, big thumbs up for that also!!!!
Came in for maintenance on my Truck, was running a little late due to car accident on hwy called services to let them know I would be 15 minutes late, services were so understanding let me know they would take care of me as soon as I was able to get there. Great customer services.

Don’t EVER get your vehicle serviced here. Originally told my vehicle would be finished in 4 hours and cost $450 and they would call me when it was finished. I left the dealership to do some shopping. No call after 4 hours. After 6 hours, I called THEM to find out about my car and they let me know that the service department was closed. After speaking with a couple of people and letting them know my car was there and then I needed to pick it up I was told I could come get it and someone would help me. Once I got there, however, nobody seem to know who I had spoken to. When I finally found the person I was told would be able to help me, he asked how much I had been quoted at. When I told him $450, he let me know that he was seeing $680 as my total. I think he must’ve seen that I was about to lose my mind and patience with him. So, he “ did me a favor“ and “reduced” it back to $450. I plan on taking the billing summary back to my mechanic and seeing how much it would’ve cost had I just had him do it. I’m guessing I would’ve save myself about $150, a few hours of my time, and would have maintained a lower blood pressure.
They were helpful, and nice... but I didnt appreciate leaving the dealership with an empty tank that barely got me home... Then they told me that I didnt ask for a full tank like the other couple in financing.. That it wasnt a new car... Hint neither was theirs because that was the 1st car I saw and it was used... that is not good customer service..

Everything was perfect with all paperwork and attention from the dealer personal but my new car wasn’t clean it all I have to take it back and have them do a full cleaning service
They charged me 10 grand over KBB and their car was overpriced on Cargurus yet they wouldnt lower it. It took 3 hours for me to get in the office to sign paperwork. When I got the car it wasnt clean, had no gas, and I had to remind my salesperson to get me the keys to it. This isnt how you treat customers guys. Do better
I lmake an appointment for service{oi[/filter/tire rotation balance) Since I live a ways away, i stayed and waited while I read my book.. The truck work was done on time and I comfortably waited a reasonable time and was on my way home with work needed complete.
I took my truck in for an oil change and I wanted a tire rotation as well before I took my truck I Marked the tow front tires to make sure they do the rotation they didn’t DO IT !!!! now idk how I feel about the oil change they did on my truck and I actually liked going to this dealership but even before I payed I ask if it was done to my truck he said yes…. Now I’m a have to drive to Gilroy GMC dealership 😒

Overall, it was good other than the salesperson was a little too pushy. I am not one that likes to make hasty decisions especially with a purchase of a vehicle. Initially, on previous visit I was helped by another associate who allowed me to look around without being in the way but unfortunately was he was not at work when I arrived at the dealership.
If I could leave them a zero I would! Rafael the person in charge of the mechanics was really rude to my mother! Second time with a bad experience in this place with their employees! Will NOT be coming back to this place, the only reason why we came here was because our Yukon had a recall. VERY VERY rude!! He had no reason to tell my mother what he did, like if we didnt have money to pay for their services! Disgusted with this man!

Horrible staff unprofessional staff. I went looking for a specific car and NO ONE greeted me with a “hello” or “can i help you”. I should have walked out right there but I was very curious about a car I saw online so I called. The person who helped me brought the car and after having start the process calls me and tells me I needed to come up with about X amount for down payment. So I decided to go in person to see my credit score since he did not want to disclose over the phone nor did he want to tell me how much my current car was worth for trade in. After arriving he directs me with a different person who made me feel very uncomfortable as he was looking at my chest. This whole time they failed to run my credit to banks who would finance and were going based on assumptions and what I would give down. They also interrupted me while trying to negotiate and wanted to speak for all auto mall dealerships that he knew best.I will not recommend ANY ONE. Staff should be fired or retrained!
I was able to schedule an appointment in the next few days after calling in, easy to schedule, friendly staff and my car was serviced in a timely manner!

Joe was great, wasnt pushy and was realistic which I appreciated. I went to almost 6 different dealerships and not one of them was like Gold Star. Gold Star trusted me when it came to test drives as others asked for proof of insurance. Not a big deal but it made me enjoy my time better. I test drove maybe 5 cars at Gold Star which Joe was happy to help. Not once did Joe seem upset I wasnt buying anything right away.Then the worse part of buying a car typically is the end in the finance office. Jose C. was very quick and friendly and made that horrible part of finance enjoyable. Best time purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. Thank you!
Gold Star Buick GMC is like no other car dealer. The slogan is that They are right on the corner and right on the price. They try to do a good job with pricing and is usually fairly reasonable. The salespeople are really nice and Tommy Lee will do an excellent job finding you the right fit. The parts department is excellent and services your vehichle in a timely manner. Shuttles are available if your vehichle needs to be left for the day. Gold Star also has a food truck loaded throughout the weekend with breakfast items and the ever popular Tri-tip, bacon wrapped chicken and new to the truck pizza.
I got my first oil change after buying new truck, and the next morning I found a puddle of oil in my driveway. They had to come to tighten my oil filter at work. The next day I still had a leak, I tightened the filter myself,and it leaks no more.
Was there for a oil change and Ralph the service manager took great care of me.

I purchased my 2018 canyon from gold star 1 year ago with 17000 miles on it, I put about 5000 miles on it. The only work on the vehicle was done at gold star and 1 oil change in Colorado. The truck had a service 4 wheel drive issue twice in approximately 4 months and your service person Cesar R. told me if it happened again I would have to pay for the repair. He stated something about a aftermarket wire harness, but everything on the truck is stock, the way I purchased it. The truck has a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Needless to say, I dont need a headache like that. I traded the truck for a new vehicle elsewhere.
Overall went very good. Found the perfect truck and was able to bring it home.
I was in a search for a very specific vehicle and had a strict budget to work with. After several disappointing outcomes, and miles driven, with other dealers, I was thinking that I would just fix-up my old Dodge that I have been driving for 24yrs. That day I got a call from Chris Munoz who told me he too had struck out on finding me a vehicle. He sent me a link to one that was close but had too small of an engine. I told him, nice try, dont give up. He called me back in about 10 minutes and told me he found me a NEW vehicle that would cost me less than the used one I was searching for. Well what could I say except...we have a deal.

You exceeded my expectations. The waiting area was nice, comfortable, thoughtful, tv content was interesting, chairs comfy, moved to a table and chair which was nice. Video game for the kids, clean restrooms, was that 2 computers for customer use? A place to charge my phone. The warranty work was completed on my car. The only complaint was how loud the phone announcements were, and some were rather obnoxious. Im happy to do business with you! No wonder I see so many Gold Star license plates around. Everything was excellent. If I could give you a 15 I would. I was in customer service my entire life, so to say you exceeded my expectations is BIG. You rock!
I went to take my car to get the AC fixed since it was not working. It was there on a Wednesday and I did not get it back till the Friday of the following week. Only reason is because someone in mechanics backed into my fender and made me without a car even longer. I was very upset with everything because before letting me know that my car was taken by another shop they called me and told me after the face. I had tried telling the manager Ralph Martinez my concerns and funds are very low due to this pandemic and hardly surviving. He was not understandable, very rude to myself and my grandmother, and was not helpful at all. I was very upset in what had happened and how I was spoke too. I finally got my car back and Garrett was very helpful and apologetic to me because of what happened. Garrett is a good person to go to and trust. Because of what happened to my car in the mechanic shop and with the manager, I do not trust to take my car back.
I was quoted 1550.00 to fix my AC. I asked why so expensive and they told me it was due to labor costs. The labor to fix it was 6 hours. I dropped my truck off at 8 am and they called me at 11 to tell me the AC was fixed. It took 3 hours and I still got charged 1500.00. You guys are scammers and I will never buy a Chevy again.
I have found that your service department is extremely rude. For the most part every time I go in for service it’s a hassle. I have let multiple complaints through surveys with no reply either. So once again I would not recommend Gold Star motor to any family or friends. I never plan on buy here again. Really unfortunate cause the sale staff isn’t that bad.

I was looking for a good used luxury vehicle.It was easy to get any vehicle they had in stockfor an unaccompanied test drive. I drove several that were in stock, but actually liked the size and feel of a vehicle from another dealer.The only thing that I didnt like was the color.I let Dari at Gold Star know and he told me to give him a day and he would see if he could find that car in the color I liked. On the same day he had one and had it here the next.....I test drove it ....made my deal and bought it.
The dealership always gets my car in very quickly for appointments; typically within a day or two of my calling the service department. The work is done quickly and they even will tack on items such as tire rotation ect. at the last minute. They have done a great job with my truck and the employees are also helpful!

Dishonest personal. Already had a bad experience when i bought a car there. The price was raised by the manager the next day i went to sign paperwork. The rep was great and empathetic about the situation. he apologized for the situation. Today the service department did it again. I was quoted one price for a service and got a much higher when i got there. i drove 30 minutes away. Chris the rep and the manager Ralph. I spoke to the manager Ralph, expressed my frustration of driving and getting up early to my appointment but he did not care. He lacks leadership skills caring for a customer experience. I told him having another bad experience at this facility wont make me purchase another car again. He replied back Im fine with that . It seems like finding companies with exceptional customer service is so hard now in days. Leadership like this should not run a department of a company. It reflects on the employees and from there creating negative experiences on customers. He would not make an exception on $50 that were charging me more. With all this i wont buy a car there again, or recommend to any family member or friend. To the rest of the public reading this, this was my experience and i hope you this does not happen to you if you go here. I wont recommend it. For service i will be going to Audi dealership where they focus on customer experience and creating positive experience. To the manager i hope those $50 can do good for their business.

I spent the afternoon here yesterday and left very happy. Their customer service is really good, they show they really care about their customers. Our sales person was Luis and he was such a cool dood. I went in looking for a Jeep and he showed me different models and explained everything about each car. His knowledge really helped me in deciding which car to pick. He really knows how to talk to you and makes you feel very comfortable. Our finance person was Jose. He was very professional and helpful as well. Both these men were very friendly and funny. I overall loved this dealer. If I bought another car, I would definitely go back to them.

It was a big disappointment to have our service done. Its the third time in a row weve had a service appointment which lasted far too long. Even tho weve known the owner, JJ, for many years & done auto business with him for more than twelve our time is too valuable to spent more than an hour for a simple oil change.
