I bought a pen battery for carts last week, i barely use it and it already stopped working.... i spent around $26 for it and i went back to see if i can get a new one or at this point a cheaper alternative to switch it for the one that didn’t work but the guy said “it doesn’t have warranty” hm well why didnt they tell me that in the first place? And get one that didn’t even lasted me? I wanted to purchase another one but i just took the safe route and went to a different smoke shop that would actually care for customer satisfaction. I never write reviews but it really ticked me off. I was looking for quality and that wasn’t what i got regardless of the price.(Battery came open already with no box, no wrapping.)

Great selection in humidor for cigars. First cigar I tried had a smooth burn so the humidor is keeping cigars at perfect condition. Good quality bags and matches. They even replaced my cutter!
