This is the best pawn shop Ive been to. The staff is very friendly and they will help you with whatever you need. Their prices are decent and fair, and they pay decently as well. They tend to have very good items in stock, and I check regularly because I find things I want for good prices there often.

Employees such as Jose A (Beto) and Jose E will help you out the best they can go to them! They will negotiate prices and will even price match items. Ive been coming to this store for over 3 years and have never had a problem here! These guys are the best amd work super hard in my they should get some type of recognition or pay increase (just saying). Anyways, if any customer is looking for some type of tool or item and dont seem to find it at the pawn shop let the employees know and they could defenelty work their magic and get the item for yall super quick. Best pawn shop west of the Mississippi. Those guys really know how to drive a good bargain. History should have done the pawn shop show with Salinas Pawn and not those other fellas. They have this one young guy working in there that might just be the best pawn shop guy I ever come across. I think his name was Ryan or something like that. Iv been to many a pawn shop in my day but this one tops em all.

I just came in here; inside this bright store even though it looks dark from the out side at 5:10pm. I was help very fast even though they didn’t buy Any of my stuff, a very nice young man named Ryan still told me I can still sell my stuff online which I didn’t think was possible to do. I needed help and they gave me a loan at sell price. The guy didnt know I wrote the previous review. While that review was true, a more knowledgable member helped me. (They have a good number of employees) you cant set a review on one experience. Or, biased feelings on an area for that matter.

Electronics especially, sell online, here, they offered me $50 for my 1TB Slim PS4. Thats high way robbery, even ganestopped gave me a better offer. Had to rate it 1 * cause I couldnt go lower.

Great staff, great store, perfect location right off freeway 101, and they are also on EBay. Would like them not to just dictate the prize they offer someone pawning or selling and actually get into a reasonable negotiation and come to a sensible agreement, not just take it or leave it option when they see someone who is vulnerable, desperate and can agree take an offer where both parties feel content over the agreement.

Another user posted about getting offered $50 on a PS4. I can confirm that they do not at all offer anything over $50 on any console you try to sell there. Went in with a practically brand new XBOX ONE and was instantly offered $50. The person who helped me did not even look me in the face, instead looked at the floor, asked his coworker what they buy consoles for and didnot even ask me what I wanted for my items. This is a pawn shop about profit on THEIR end, leaving customers feeling straight up robbed. If you want lowball offers go to Salinas Pawn.

Went in and the guys there helped me out, the manager jose was really friendly and explain to me in good detail, the borrow money really was of help to me.

I had a great learning experience, the staff is very helpful and informative. They explained the full process of a loan and how they base the amount they loan you. Like most people I walked in thinking my item is worth top dollar easy 1000 and hoping I would get half since I payed over 800 for my open box laptop on sale at Best Buy, they explained and showed me I could of purchased that same macbook for half of that price online and on top of that they had the same laptop for sale for only 400.I know people sometimes leave the pawn shop upset because they dont understand but after knowing exactly how it works i learned 3 things. One, never pay retail because you can alway pay less online. Two, how a pawn shop benefits you and three, youre always guaranteed a better deal if you buy straight from the pawn shop especially if you get along with the guys, they make you feel at home!
