I came by the lens crafters at north ridge mall at Salinas ca and was helped by Jose Espinoza and he was the sweetest person. He was able to fix my glasses within minutes. He was very polite and very professional. He knows how to serve his customers. THANK YOU Jose

This place is awesome. I accompanied a friend of mine to pick up his glasses, and he mentioned that I had a pair that fit my face terribly. Jose took the time to correctly fit my glasses, even though I didnt buy them at Lens Crafters. He was kind enough to fix them on his own time. I greatly appreciate his help!

Well todays experience was even better, The Service was Exceptional and the Peace of mind knowing Im Paying a fair price for an excellent product, as well as knowing Lencrafters backs up everything they sell is priceless. Can’t say enough about the customer service . I went in because my glasses were being held together by a paperclip and my prescription was 2 years old. Jose Espinoza who is the assistant manager was able to get me in for an eye exam and was extremely honest with my frame selection. Saved me from looking like a fool and suggested the perfect frames for me . He deserves a raise . And he also fixed my paper clip issue . Thank you

After smashing my glasses by leaving them in the engine bay of a customers hood, I called in to see if they could get another pair started for me. Johnny is the gentleman that I got and after him struggling to find his own file in the system, he discovered that the system had a complete meltdown and couldnt find any client information. He took down the little information that I had for him and he promised to call me back. He called me an hour later to ask for some more information and told me that I was one of many many customers he had to call today and that he would try his best to find my file to get me a pair going. He called me back 4 hours later to tell me that he got my file and, if I hurried, he could get me a pair in 3 days. With all the odds stacked against him and nothing more than my phone number and the date I purchased my glasses, this guy did his freaking job! THATS freaking customer service! to top it all off, he gave me 1 price over the phone and made sure to get my insurance info and he was able to get me an even BETTER price! I gladly went in the next day to pat for my glasses. I will never go anywhere else for my eyewear as long as Johnny works here! Hey corporate, this is the type of guy that makes sure you have repeat customers!

The staff were all kind & patient. The doctor explained how the different exams tell about the condition of the eyes. I have been going to this LensCrafters for several years because I am very happy with the service. 😊

The Doctor was very professional but the people that order your glasses dont seem to do thier job correctly once the Doctors private office she showed me her screen and I saw a Joseph Gomez thats some person thats not related to me and some how seems to be tied into my Doc Securty I saw in her office with my own eyes ! Now her part was good testing no problem

When I first walked in a year ago, I was expecting a normal service with an average oculist. What a mistake. Excellent Doctor, shes very experienced and knows what she is doing. And she is also sooo nice! Its not difficult to get an appointment and you dont have to wait for weeks. I do recommend this place.

Really helpful

Everyone there was nice however, not a great experience for me....Had an appointment and waited over 1/2 hour for the Dr to return from lunch that was taken at at my scheduled appointment time had the exam (took over 2 hours) for contact lenses and paid for that exam, Dr. ordered different trial contacts for me which is fine however, over two months later I now can not get regular contact prescription because apparently she did not fit me for contacts UGH....We travel pretty far to go to this office and it is a HUGE inconvenience to travel back and forth to try and get a prescription I have already had an appointment and paid for. This is the 2nd time I have been to this office in the past few years and the 2nd time I have been disappointed make no mistake there will not be a third visit.

Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Not welcoming and costumer service is bad. They are really good at instantly taking your money. Oh and and giving half ass excuses on to why your glasses arent ready. Its been almost a month! They HOPE they have my order by next week but they dont want to set an exact date. Really?!?

First time going there, they greet me very nice and helped me fix my glasses. Bunch of kind and wonderful workers in there.

The lady named Charis was not good in costumer service with me. My prescription sunglasses and eye glasses were blurry. The frame that I ordered was not the right one. I was thankful to Jaynaline and Nicole who took care of my requirements.

The absolute worst place to go. One excuse after another, never keeps timelines, lenses made wrong 13 times, had to pay for multiple exams to make sure they were giving the correct prescription, after nearly 6 months of failed attempts, which took a drive of 20 miles each way, each time, they refunded my money, minus what my insurance had paid ( I still had to pay them 530.00 on top of insurance!!) Then today 2-17-17, I find out that they charged my credit card again for the full amount of the junky glasses!!! And to top it off, I cant get anyone there on the phone to speak to me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IT IS TERRIBLE If they had negitive star rating Id give them - 20, at least.
