I would avoid this store at all costs. Customer service was beyond terrible and the sales reps were very rude. You can find everything they sell online for cheaper prices anyways. Do everyone a favor and let this place go out of business.

Very poor customer service. Waited way to long for a sales man to sell me a laser printer for my business. Then when I asked for help I was told someone will be with me. Waited even longer. I went back to the follow up to find employees standing around. I asked should I come back at a better time for them. Better yet I will go somewhere else that is willing to take my money.

I would stir clear on that store. There is a Racist store manager name Clara. Its better to go to wallmart or ups store to print something

My experience started out, not so well.But quickly changed, when I had an issue, with the printer.The clerk, Jill, was very helpful.

Ive been going to Office Max since they opened ! Good service and plenty of new product. When you shop at any Tech store make sure you have all the info. (of what you need & what you need to buy) I keep going through printers & ink to the point of taking a cell phone pic. of the exsisting printer & ink box with all the different color I.D. numbers. Its fail safe and much better than looking stupid ! Just stroll over to the huge ink displays and youll find it there! You are in & out as quick as batting an eye!Trust me. ; )

I will save you the trip to the Salinas location, I went in looking for a product, they scanned four different ones and they did not have any of them in the store. They just said go to Seaside its only fifteen minutes away. So dont bother going in there they are only going to send you to Seaside.

Good store needs work on there customer service a little no one asked if I needed help

You can get what you need here but its definitely not my favorite school/office supply stores. The layout of this store is not ideal but it otherwise has everything you want. Its clean and the staff are friendly.

The girl named daniel or whatever her name is she is really rude and she dosent even work when shes suppose to helping a customer shes always talking with her other co workers why dosnt you guys fire her instead of julian rodriguez you should cut her hours she dosnt act like she is a manager julian is and will always be the best worker you guys have their its stupud how you guys have him working like a dog with a short amount of hours seriously office max sucks big time 😡😡😡😡

This store has at least one over-the-top employee named Diana. She expended a huge amount of time locating a lost receipt for me today. I have been a customer in Hawaii(Honolulu and Hilo) since Office Depot opened there some years ago. Have purchased a ton of supplies for my business and for personal use. Empoyess have always been reasonably pleasant but Diana takes the prize!!!

Dont have enough of varieties of pens for business the fancy expensive ones. Needed some assistance nobody around. Saw workers walking around and when they saw us walking towards them they pretended to be busy.

The very worst company I have ever dealt with. Over a month now and still dont have my supplies. Ordered an reordered four times and still dont have supplies. TODAY THEY JUST SHUT DOWN MY BUSINESS. This company sucks.
