I needed a washout prior to picking up just a half mile away. They took a bit longer but did a thorough job. Cost was $40, not much more than blue beacon and bettert than many places. While inside waiting to pay noticed hot deli. Just wish I had come here before getting sandwich at pilot subway 😖

Been here before. Not a bad place. Food is usually pretty good. Parking could be better. If the people driving the cars would park in spots other than truck parking spots. There would be more open parking spaces for trucks. The Pilot up the street is so busy all the time usually no luck there!!! Not a bad place to stop for a bit!!!

Tri Tip here is Awesome at gge deli counter. Truck wash is quick and easy. Parking is limited because Lots of locals swap their personal vehicles with their tractor-trailers when they go to work.

I can’t get out of flying j this fast for food and a wash out. Little quiet on the customer service hey thy are fast and clean. Parking is scarce, I run team so not an issue for me. Showers and bathrooms well can use some upgrades. They have laundry to.

Love to stop here on my way to work. Miguel, is the man I go to for the best breakfast burrito around here. He actually goes out of his way to give you and prepare for you want you want in your order. Usually what you see is what you get from most but with this man, hell special order mine.

This is for the good food that they have. It is a must stop to eat.

Best ribs in town hands down 🤤. Full rack for less than $30👌 & they are meaty and so flavorful you dont even need BBQ sauce unless you really like it! Took home and my whole fam tore them up 🙌 will be back for more for sure 👍

Mmmmm yummy food! I changed my mind on the 5 stars. Yes the food was delicious BUT OMG the diareah that followed was epic pass through a screen liquid. I eat Mexican food all the time and never have that problem so something is not right in this kitchen. If you risk it I highly suggest a bottle of pepto or Imodium.

I have not been here in several years, but this place is no longer 24 hours. And it is closed all together on Sundays. Hours are now 5 AM to 10 PM.

Every time we have time we stop and get 2 large tri tip burritos and 2 of there yummy cakes or there great strawberries and whipped cream.Great place for a truck driver to put up there feet and have some great food. We just love it.Restrooms are ok at times.

I gave the truck stop a 3 stars over all but I am going to give the wash rack for wash outs a 5 stars! I an extremely picky when it comes to getting a washout. I want to be able to eat off the floor of my trailer and after they were done, I possibly could have! Excellent washout service! I give a 1 star for the restrooms and the showers, they need to be cleaned more often. I dont like how they tease me by BBQING chicken and ribs out front but never sell them. The just make burritos with the meat... buy other than that everything else is fine.

Omg I stop here every time Im in town! The food is excellent and when they have them I get their strawberries and cream. Nice size container with fresh cut strawberries and covered in a good sweet cream. YUMMY!!!!

Very clean and accessible place. They serve big portions and for reasonable rates. We loved the meals very much and the staff were super attentive and explanatory. Recommended.

I stopped here just for the food. It was really good but over priced. $17 for a 2 item meal seems its a little over priced to me. The shrimp was ok a bit tasteless and tongue flavorless. Stablishment is dirty and seems no one takes care of it. Filth every where.

Just changed my review from positive to negative...They charge you $15 on all parking stalls.Theres no proper signage mentioning it, like Pilot or Flying J do. But they still pretend theres a signage about paid parking fees.I came here doing business with them over the last 13 months and this is the way Im being thanked, with a notice of payment on my door today, Aug 31 2020!The restrooms are dirty!You wont have my patronage anymore.

Excellent food, if you can find a place to park at this tiny dump. Had to get a washout, and spent more time waiting to be let in the door, by the Covid guard, than the washout. Only needed to pay for the washout, wouldn’t let me in. Screw that place ! Gonna find another place to wash out.

Typically most of the spaces are taken up by local trucks. They have a great deli and sometimes barbaque meats... They have a trailer wasjout station for outside washouts.

Good place to get something to eat. But sami parking theres cars and truck park there. Hard any parking. They need to get that fix

Stopped in on a Monday I think. Service is consistently great. Prices are decent for the quality. Feels similar to a cafe in Chicago I loved.

The second time I went to buy the food on Saturday,it was room temperature and since I was hungry I just ate the whole thing BUT next time I know not to go there anymore...

This place has the best food around and a great staff sad to hear a couple employees got sick and wont be open for a week or so. Prayers for ccx a speedy recovery.

Truck and trailer wash is really expensive. You need app for truck and trailer (outside) wash. No app required for trailer inside washout which costs $40.. yes $40 just for inside washout!! If you want to save money, make sure you get a washout before you get to Salinas. Other places do full inside and outside trailer wash for $35. Food inside is good with a lot of healthy variety but lacks flavour big time. Staff is good. Bathroom are worst. Also, they charge $15 a night for parking.

Ive been coming here since 1999 and the food is awesome. Homemade and fresh daily. Best place to get a sanitized trailer washout in Salinas. They even have a truck wash bey. Small place but old-school style truck stop.

Holy f**k boys a def must stop. Food is amazing. Its worth making a load late good. Parking is tight so newbies should probably avoid. Staff was awesome and if your getting a burrito you want the older short Mexican lady to make it.

Some days they have amazing ears, others it is fried up and bland. Im still going back though.

Great food and BBQ. Ate while getting a truck wash, decent prices for amount you get. Probably would get better service if I understood Spanish. Only a few of the guys washing truck work as hard as youd expect, I dislike the stand arounds.

Coffee refills are just $1 here. The burritos are tasty. They have very good washout service available for big trucks (trailer).I do not recommend use of the restroom here. Nasty is an understatement!

Didnt eat here, only stopped in for a potty break and honey bun. Bathrooms werent the best in the world but Id still come back here, the food smelled delicious and the people were extremely friendly. I love the small hometown feel.

Again the food and cakes are a great treat from the normal healthy intake. Not that their food isnt healthy, it surely is but very high calorie. I typically eat less calories in the truck.
