CALIFORNIA LOOOOVVVEEEEEEEEEEE! This location had a line going out the door and cars lined up around the block for drive-through. Top tip, always go inside to order to get served faster. Ordered in 5 minutes and served in less than 4. Animal style burger with extra crispy fries. Nothing else quite like it!

I love in and out. This one is always tasty and the employees kind. They lifted their mask requirements for employees who are preparing food though and that rubs me the wrong way. Ive done food service during this pandemic and I understand how uncomfortable it can be, however this is something that effects more people than they know. Their employees are required to show proof of vaccination (as an employee told me) but that doesnt mean they cant pass it. Adults are responsible for their decisions and its a choice to eat here or not, however someone in the drive through line wouldnt know if the cooks are wearing masks or not. They could hand the food to their kid and there enlys my issue. Im not pleased with this in and out and Im writing this review not as a reflection or the quality of service (which is 5 star) and not of the quality of the food (which is also 5 star) but as a reflection to a policy. To each their own in their choice, but this avid in and out goer is personally disappointed, in and out up until this point has been all masks on deck and this was a bit of a shock for us tonight for sure. This review and my service means nothing to a company as large as in and out but I hope it informs someone else so they can make a decision for themselves if they feel comfortable eating here or not knowing that policy has changed.

First place we go when landing in CA! Can’t wait to get my next double-double with some animal fries!!

Holy Cow!!! So amazing!!! Wait was a bit long for fast food, but my complaints all went away when everything was freshly made. Cant beat freshness... really reminds me of burgers my mom made while I was growing up.

Not only was the burger Delicious! The girl at the front counter (who seemed to be training another girl) realized we were traveling and had never been there before, she made sure to check with us after our meal to see if we liked it and thanked us for coming in! It was so sweet and we appreciated it!

Please build another In N Out Burger. There are times we have to contemplate if it is worth waiting the long line or to come back late after dark when the line cools down. Salinas needs another one of these places fast. Best handmade burgers, hand made fries, and real ice cream shakes in Salinas hands down!!!!! The servers are well trained and polite which means a lot as well. Build it and they will come!!!!! Enough said.

Yet again another amazing in n out experience. This location was surprisingly busy considering it’s location in the Salinas valley, it must be all the people stopping off the 101. The service was quick and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Love this place, worth waiting in line for 20 min😄 but staff is always in point, this Explains their Christian verses in the side of their drinks🙏

I was with my mother when I showed here. I forgot something at home so, we hung a Uey and went home but on our way, we found this burger joint. The food was great! Me and my mom live In-And-Out.

Always the best. This location might look like it has a long line but it goes pretty fast. As far as in n out lines go I think this one has to be innthe top 5 fastest drive-thru lines Ive experienced.

Best burgers in the country without a doubt. Super fresh vegetables, and ingredients. I hate tomatoes and onions but when I eat at in n out you gotta eat the whole thing and it tastes amazing. The secret menu makes everything better. 4x4 animal style is AMAZING. I live in Washington but travel from time to time to Cali just for a burger. Theyre THAT good!!

Delicious time and time again. Only thing from a customer stand point is the time consuming line that accumulates all day, daily. Would go more often if they thought out throughly how to provide faster efficient correct service.

Typical in & out. Its our go to. However, this particular location was not kept up. The tables were dirty - not wiped and definitely not sanitized. Some of the booths are in need of repairs.

I stopped off after driving 3.5 hours to use the restroom. With the Covid pandemic most fast foods won’t allow you to use their restrooms EVEN IF YOU BUY A MEAL which I find inhumane. In-N-Out allowed me and so I gave them my business. I absolutely LOVE their fries and their burgers. I usually get animal style with grilled onions wrapped in lettuce. They make it so easy to eat that without too much mess. The staff so friendly and helpful. I so appreciate them!

Always so good. The live is usually always super duper long so we dont always go. But now we have a chick fel and that line is worse.. So we will be coming here before 5pm b4 everyone gets out of work..

Busy drive thru is around the building but walking in can be faster. Have the best burgers with special sauce in them. Which you can ask for extra packages. The pink lemonade is really good. You can not eat at location now.

Its always good, One just CANT BEAT IN N OUT BURGERS! Not to mention the 1980s? prices! Gotta LUV that! The Con: The LOOOONG drive through line although it goes fairly steady your looking at 10 to 20 min on any given day! Anything less then that and YOU SCORED!

I give this 5 star because no hamburger/cheeseburger cant compare, but the wait and the drive-thru line wasnt that long. To my surprise, I waited about 20 minutes on a Friday afternoon (from making a line to receiving my order) Friendly staff! Food smells so good, especially when youre super hungry!
