Wasnt much selection considering how big the building is. Prices were very good though. 70-90% off! Very hard to beat. The one cashier was very nice and allowed me to pay with only a debit or credit card. Felt like I was living in the future. But please do not let this distract you from the fact that in 1998, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer’s table. Prefect 5/7

It was great having a Toys R Us in Northrige Mall. And some of you might be wondering Hey, whats gonna go there next? Well I have the answer. If you go to where Toys R Us used to be you will see a sign that says BIG LOTS! Coming Soon! So thats probably whats going there.

I love shopping at Toys R Us but I think they were not well prepared for the holiday season. Although they tried to make sure they had enough cashiers for coverage for the long lines they fell short on making sure the store stayed presentable. The front entrance (outside by the door) has garbage, food containers, empty cups, boxes, so it was very messy. Outside is one thing, it can be overlooked. Inside at the main entrance by the little Birthday Club table was filthy. Everyone must have left their empty cups, food trash, garbage, napkins, there as they walked in. It was disgusting. I did tell a supervisor about their entrance, he did say he would go clean it up (he didnt realize how bad it was) but I think be for distracted by another worker so it didnt get done by the time we left. Hopefully management sees this and can make the adjustments so it doesnt happen again. All it takes is 1 worker, a quick walk through the entire store and collect all the garbage found at least every hour during the holiday season. People dont like to shop if they have to move other peoples cups and drinks, or food trash from the shelves to get to their items. Besides that, the customer service was great.

Great employees, great selection, but horrible customers! I feel extremely upset that their employees are treated horribly as I seen today. They handle it well and I respect them and their store. Keep up the GREAT work till the end.

I love this store & employees! Sad, the same people that start Christmas shopping in December are the ones complaining about lines! Shop early, get regular employes who are helpful, knowledgeable & friendly! Every store has inexperienced seasonal help & crowds!The shoppers create the environment & the workers try to correct it.

This place was amazing and always awesome. Id been visiting this store since I was about 5 or 6. I have a lot of good memories of it over the years, but I never thought Id see the day when ToysRUs would vanish. I honestly nearly cried walking into there recently since it was a constant and big part of my life through the years. I only wish it wouldnt have come to this since ToysRUs didnt deserve to go out like this.

Gross and dirty. Some things were super cheap and others were wildly overpriced. The only reason I would go would be to get a paletina amiibo for $2.00.

Sadly its a older store with little up keep. The selection is reasonable. It reminds me of my childhood from the 80s.

This store are the perfect store to buy gifts for your children or other family members.

I went to this location to take advantage of the deep discounts at the Toys R Us. Unfortunately, the discounts were mostly 10% off and the line to purchase was over 20 people. Needless to say, i left without purchasing anything.
