Best place to get normally expensive gourmet and organic items for cheap. Every Grocery Outlet is different in what they carry as each one is independently owned and operated. But as a keto person, this is one of very few places that I can find food items that are consistent with my diet.

First time Ive been here and I have no idea why. They have everything here. From clothing, household items, cleaning items, to produce and mini snacks. The quality was just as good as any Safeway as well. I was rather impressed. My favorite part was the skin care section, of course. They carried alot of organic skin care items with various off the wall brands that I have yet to discover, but will definitely be back to try. The prices you cant beat either! Friendly staff too!

I love shopping at grocery outlet before hitting the big stores. I always find great deals on things and can often stock up and avoid buying them at regular (or even sale) prices at the grocery store. I especially love buying wine here. Beer prices are basically the same as grocery stores (except for the few times they are at incredible markdown), but if it saves you a trip, its worth buying that here too, since their selection has gotten considerably better in the past few years.

It is ok for supplemental grocery shopping. Fun to find stuff you wouldnt normally buy.

Great deals! This is the only place I will buy cereal and eggs. Both super cheap! Also the staff is always helpful and pleasant. Theres usually some sort of a raffle going on which is really fun. Only piece of advice is to make sure you check the expiration dates.

This is a fun place to shop! The variety of products is great! Ive found things here that are hard to find elsewhere. The customer service from the store associates is top notch! Even when I called to ask if they carry a specific product, the associate who handled my call took the time to double check if they do stock it! Good customer is not always a given so I appreciate it and will continue to shop here. Just make sure to check the expiration dates.

The prices are good but they dont stand by their sale signs. The manager was argumentative about a sign that shows a price other than what it rang up. While the cashier rang me up she asked if I wanted bags I said yes. She didnt bag everything that I needed hidden and the manager started up again how I needed to pay for the bags. I said I know I told her I needed bags. I offered to pay cash for more bags. He mumbles under his breath about how things are suppose to work. I said this is not customer friendly at all. He was extremely unprofessional. Never had a bad experience at grocery outlet before. Super disappointing!

Two days ago, my husband was feeling much better after a bad stroke in Feb. Somehow, he managed to mount his Veterans Administration scooter! He headed out the door, I couldnt keep up. I figured he was going along our old walking path to the local grocery outlet! Got in my car to track him down... got eorried but relieved when i saw him leaving the store on g8s scooter! No phone or money on him, either. So, when he saw me, we went right back inside. Folks were so kind & considerate to my wayward guy. He tooled up & doen the aisles, shopping. He was so delighted about his new independence. He made giant leaps by taking his adventure to our favorite grocery outlet on north Main in Salinas. If U see him at grocery outlet on that scooter, just salute or say howdy. U w get a big freedom grin from our elder soldier! I Love Grocery Outlet because its convenient & makes him happy!

Grocery Outlet is my favorite place to shop. I am a bargain shopper. Groceries and household items are expensive. I start here and then I make my way to both dollar store and 99 cent store. Any remaining shopping I do at Foods Co. I save a ton of money at Grocery Outlet. The only thing I feel they should improve on is the cashiers bagging abilities. This is an issue I find at almost every store I shop at. Theres nothing like spending precious resources on groceries and such, and then getting home, only to find all of your items that you spent so much time and thought buying, crumpled and smashed together with non food items. It really gets me upset. Rant over....

We were just dropping in to purchase some granola bars for my brother to take back to college. We found a box of eighteen bars of nature valley priced at 2/$5!! The store was heart and clean and customer service was exceptional.

You sometimes get lucky and score great finds. Be sure to have an idea of prices as some things here are more expensive than say Walmart or another local store in town. Overall somewhat clean, acceptable. Ok staff. There are better Grocery Outlets with more variety and better prices including better prices on the same item. I dont know how that works but its been my experience.

I walked in yesterday and it was very busy. I was in a hurry so I didnt want to look around for what I was looking for. I asked this young boy if he could help me out and he was very clear and familiar with what I was looking for! He actually had some conversation with me and was friendly. I dont remember his name I think it was Jose Juan or Jesus? One of those. Anyways very helpful and friendly service!

There are some great deals to be found here. The staff is also friendly and efficient. there is rarely a long line like you will often run into at many of the other local grocery stores. Their produce is definitely lacking, but for the purpose that the Outlet serves im not worried about that. great deals, great prices AND they carry a beer here that only one other place in salinas provides.

Was happy with the store and employees until checkout. They had a great deal on yogurt...the manager(Beto) came up and asked another cashier if they looked up the price...she replied yes its a clearance item. Then he looked at me and said I could sell that for $6.99???? I replied Ive bought it here for years at $5.99 but this will expire 5/25/19. He said thats over a week Im going to make sure thats right price and reiterated I can sell for $6.99 and walked away. Wow....blown away by the disrespectful behavior of this management.

Grocery Outlet is a great place to shop. I wish there was a little more variety of meats but understand they get what they can. Bring back the big boxes of Oreos😉. And if possible gallon buckets of chocolate ice cream or sherbert. The staff and management are amazing and so sweet and helpful and they try their best to have enough registers open to cut down on a long line. Great job Grocery Outlet

Well stocked, good variety, mostly groceries, big deli, lots of low end wine with some very good deals. If they have what you want its going to be cheaper. As a nice bonus, they really will call extra check out clerks if there are lines to check out. I like shopping there.

This is one of those places that always surprises me when I go there yes its right off the side and easy to see but most of the time everyone is in such a hurry i just keep driving by, definitely stop and check it out always a variety of different items to choose from.
