I go there once a week and I dont regret it!💯

This place is very bright .colorful. and brand new, but i will never order ANYTHING for myself personally from there cause from the 1st time i ever stepped foot in there it smells like rotting fruit! EVERYDAY! IT NEVER HASNT!

Mango was spoiled,jicama was bad aswell... workers didnt even know how to make a diablito. and

Worse customer service! I am sorry you’re having a bad day but please don’t take it out in the customers. Remember without customers you wouldn’t have a job. The worse customer service ever received. This place and employees need help

Banana splits are huge! One is enough for 3 people. They have many unique flavors of ice cream.

Everything is only in Spanish and the prices are not displayed. With that said they ha e a huge variety and delicious treats (if you can figure out what is what).

Had the mangonadas, they were inconsistent with how they prepared them so if you want anything specific make sure to request it

Horrible customer service experience coming to this location 4/3/21 9:40PM .The person helping us “ Nalia” was very rude . This was our first time coming to this location from Marina, and will NOT come back. Nalia was taking our order and disappeared after we had already ordered, and came back asking us if we had decided what we were going to order. Did not want to take the time explain items on the menu. Asked to speak to the manager “ Juan” and apparently was not available.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

This is the 2nd Michoacana Plus that I visit and it is so good! There are options for everyone and every taste bud. There was a line but it moved at a decent pace. Ive tried mostly everything so its pretty good.

For the first time being there, it was a bit overwhelming with the many options they have. So many choices of popsicles and ice cream flavors that I could never imagine. The only thing I would like to see is the prices of the items before ordering. Other than that it was clean and fun to look at.

The best spot in town for ice cream, and raspados. Authentic Mexican feel when youre inside. One of my favorite places to come for a snack or cold/frozen drink.

Bomb Mexican Munchies. Lots of flavors and options to choose from. Mangoneadas are a must try if youre a person thats into mangos and tangy mild sweet tastes.

There was this one rude girl but the last one who ended up charging us was very friendly and it just makes things better but because of that one rude girl i doubt i would go again & i wasent a fan of wat i got

Well, a complete robbery in Michoacana 12 dollars an esquite with Tostitos, the last time he stopped me to buy something, watch out for those prices people

For the first time I went on Friday 7/30/21 for recommendations from friends and the ordering sign is on the roof and without knowing there was a person as a client and I went forward and a girl told me right now we will attend to her then 2 clients came back and They were attended by the people themselves are abusive and the employees notice who came first. It was my turn to return from being in front of the line.The poster should be in the cones so that people know where it is ordered, it gave me a lot of frustration that we had to wait and it was so much my courage that even if I asked where it was ordered and why they attended first to the people who arrived later the Girl did not even mention it for justice We had a while there, they should train to see who is on the line first or grab by number since I narrowly went out and only grabbed 2 pallets being able to see more taken at the end I decided to go to another paleteria because I did not like the way of treating and especially the time that lasts only for the attention of the staff.

The service is good, what they sell is good but when entering the entrance floor is disgusting, dirty and black with grime because they do not clean it, they are not filthy, pay attention to the customers, we observe the good and the bad, please clean it and remove all the jets

Coconut shavings with walnuts, but they sell you more ice than syrup🙄🙄👎👎👎, Id better have eaten ice at home 🤦🏻‍♀️

I ordered home delivery, apart from the bad service they gave to the person who had to pick it up (GRUBHUB) when I opened my order I realized that the pork rind I had ordered was curious (old) and the cueritos were too HARD since I dont know They could eat ... I expected more from this paleteria since they have a lot of people every day, but very bad service. I do not recommend it !!

Terrible service you ask for a liter and they give you the glass in the middle and they say its because of the snowballs,,, I didnt ask for snowballs, I asked for liters. I do not recommend at all
