The manager went above and beyond..thank you for your patience.

Phone in service was poor took up to 8 days to receive any type of acknowledgement that I had ordered more oxygen tanks the hospital clinic was the one who had to call Lincare so I could get the oxygen tanks that I needed. They are pretty much the only oxygen supply company in town which make it difficult for those of us who are dependent upon portable oxygen for mobility out side the home.

I was so pleased with the service I received from this office. I was on the road and due to the wild fires, my air filters needed replaced. I was traveling and needed supplies. Roberta was able to find air filters to help me out. She even met me near my daughters house to save me from having to drive 40 minutes to thier offices. Thanks for going above and beyond.

They dont deserve even one star. Called 5+ times for this company to come out that my dad needed oxygen to get to and from his Stanford doctor appointments ...no calls no shows. They need to be sued and not be in business anymore! They are going to kill someone!! Changed to Apria and what a difference ...they actually care and treat patients like they were their own people! And yes i had approval to act in his behalf and still!

Needed new tubing as my cat chewed mine in two. Called during office hours and was directed to leave a message. No such luck. I was disconnected! If I could, I would give this company a no star review! I cannot believe that they would not provide better care. This is in the midst of the Covid-19 closure, but they should at least have a contact made available. This is beyond dangerous! I only need oxygen at night, so Im no at risk, but I pray for those that are.

I was able to get my problem resolved, but it was a terrible experience getting there.I tried to pay a bill online, but I kept getting an error saying there was no record of my account. I called the customer service line several times, but it always went to voice mail. I called the local office number, but got a message that the number was no longer in service. I was able to find another number for the national company. I spent 20 minutes on hold until I was able to get through. The person I talked to knew exactly what the problem paying online was and said that other people had reported the problem. The account number on my bill included a hyphen between some of the digits. The online form didnt accept hyphens and wasnt able retrieve my record. So even though people have reported the problem previously, the online form still hadnt been corrected and I spent a long time trying to get the problem resolved. Im sure many other people had similar experiences.

Waited for them to contact me for four months even after I contacted them twice. Then they could not accommodate me with a mask I needed which was cheaper than the ones they were selling. Home company contacted me and assured me they could get the mask that I needed but they disagreed. Maybe there wasnt enough profit margin, 50% very unprofessional and made me have to go to surgery without the equipment that I needed for a positive recovery. Disappointed to no end. They might do better in the car washing business. Home company sounded like wonderful people though.

Worst service of any company I ever dealt with. Not recommended to anyone

They charged me for the equipment I have never received. They get my credit card number and later charged more without service. The worse service. contact with billing center is kind of impossible.The way of burglary!!!

Called their 1-800 number. I was waiting to speak to someone for 40 mins while on hold before I could speak to a person.

Worst customer service ever.
