Just really disappointed with this UPS. Did a nike return like ones Ive done in the past and had no issues. Came to return a pair of shoes through the nike app and got charged for the box to ship it in. The time before they didnt charge me for anything, girl boxed it up in front of me and I was on my way no problem. Not this time I guess. Anyways got charged $8 for a box lol. I understand the rules but make sure all of your employees know how to do the job correctly.
Briana took excellent care of me and my expensive Art work being shipped to the UK. She was professional and patient with me. Briana listened to all my questions and concerns and handled my packages with care. I give her 10 stars and the other two employees were amazing too. They handled the customers so Briana could focus on my shipment. Great job!

Fairly rude people that work there. Somewhat clueless on Amazon returns. Charged for tape and packaging for packaging for Amazon Return. Girl and guy snotty about helping.
