Allison has always went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of on my vehicle and done in a timely manner. Her and the guys have always done a wonderful job. I will never use another body shop ❤️

Kind people however was given false assurance that the vehicle brought in would be drivable back to another state and parts inside the wheel well that was secured fell apart and burned against the tire after driving for 30 mins between 55-65mph. Maybe the staff that day werent on point but i will not trust them again because it could have caused an accident had i not felt and heard something wrong with the wheel well.

My truck looks amazing! I took my truck in and it was ready by the next day. They were very careful about keeping my truck clean, steering wheel and paper mats. Guys from the bodyshop a 5 star. The person calling me for my updates 5 star. However, the front desk girl! 2 stars! She is rude! I went in there smiled and said please and thank you and she has all kinds of looks in her face. Bad front desk service makes you not want to go back. I understood it it was a 20 dollar service and even then I expect good service. But $1,900, I expect to be treated with kindness.

Explanation: Dad was in an accident, the week before he passed. Team chevrolet repaired his equinox. Picked the vehicle up this morning, the visit was all o 10 min. Pay the deductible sign the documents, fill out customer service satisfaction about your experience today. Not once walked me around my vehicle explaining what was fixed, or walked around to see if it was satisfactory. Felt like we were rushed out, after paying the deductible. Does anyone take pride in their work anymore?
