I have had mixed experiences with NAPA auto parts stores. This one is extremely positive everybody there does the best they can to provide the highest standards of service. Whether its an $0.80 item or $100 purchase the same attention to detail and customer service is provided cheerfully good grace. I would highly recommend this store and the employees to anyone needing help and advice and auto parts.

Helpful and honest. They always know if they can get my part or if they cant . They wont over sell me on anything I dont want or need, yet get me what I do need any other time. I appreciate the honesty and help every time.

Ordered my part online and didnt receive a call that my part was in so I called the store and they cant find my part (that I have an order confirmation number for). Long story short, I had him search for the part and it was in stock... surprise!! I was charged more in the store than the price I was quoted online... which when I asked about that, Mark was quite rude and threw my debit card across the counter at me. They also didnt have the by the foot hose I needed. I will not return to this store. Also, no one in the store was wearing a mask (except myself and my girlfriend) even though it is the law. Took my additional parts business to Advance Auto down the way (Im willing to wait the extra 2 days for my turn signal switch)...they had the hose I needed and the clerk was courteous and helpful.

This is such an awesome place! It’s so nice to be able to shop where you are not forced to wear a mask. It’s always clean and the employees are fantastic!

Steve was so very helpful to me!! Bless his heart, I told him he was the man I didnt have but needed! He stood outside in the freezing temps to replace a bulb then a circuit board for me. Great service!! I will be back!!Thanks Steve!!
