I have bought 4 sets of tires for three different vehicles. I had vehicle repairs and brakes replaced. They have stood behind their work and appreciate my return business. I like going to a place where it’s always the same person behind the counter. I sense that other customers also have the same relationship with the employees too. They are a constant in inconsistent times.

Great customer service and great prices! Took my car over for an oil change and tire rotation, sadly they didn’t have my oil filter. They still did the rotation and had me in the next day for my oil change at a discount. Don’t go anywhere else but here for your tire and car maintenance needs.

Sold my widowed Mother 4 year old tires and now a year later they are dry rotted. BUYER BEWARE!!! Also my Step-dad used to manage here and they have gone down the tubes since. Garbage customer service!!!!Shame on you for taking advantage of an old widow, I will be following up in person. Be ready Delaware Tire..

Called Delmarva Tire Centers last night when I discovered a nail in my rear passenger tire. Needed to get it fixed or replaced before my trip this weekend, so I headed there early this morning, & found out I didn’t have just one nail, but I had two nails in that tire. Thank god/knock on wood, they were able to patch me up and get me back on the road as soon as possible! They did an outstanding job, and I can’t recommend them enough!!Thank you all so much for everything!

My wifes SUV has expensive tires, $220 per. We had just replaced all four at 60k miles. Unfortunately, she got a nail in one that could not be plugged due to location. I called both Goodyear shops (which we had used previously) for a single tire replacement. None could find a single tire to a popular brand 🤔, Goodyear Assurance type. Kinda unbelievable to my mind.So I called Delaware tire, they were understanding, courteous and said they would search. Called me back within 10 minutes with news they could have it in the next day by 11AM. Dropped off car, done the next day by 2PM. $230, tire and balance and paid gladly with a smile!Well done crew! Thank you for your honesty, splendidly spot on customer service and we will be a repeat customer when we have further needs. 👍

We purchase all our business truck tires from Delaware Tire. We have done so for years.They provide good service and are honest people. They are happy to order whatever tire we want. Prices are competitive although possibly not the cheapest price in town. I only occasionally compare prices actually because they are who I want to deal with.My business prices are not the cheapest price in town. They cannot be in order to provide the level of quality and service we try to give.Delaware Tire is a similar company. We consider them a good business partner.

Purchased new tire for my truck, I have had very good luck with the tires.

Efficient, timely, reasonably priced, and honest...consistently over the past 10+ years that I have dealt with them.They wont just take your money to do something if it wont benefit the operation of the vehicle. Once or twice over the years, they have told me to come back after I had some work done because the alignment wouldnt hold unless I had something else fixed first. A dishonest shop would have taken my money for an alignment that wouldnt hold.They are also closely located to several eateries so I can go get breakfast or lunch while they work on my vehicle.

It took 2 hours for a simple oil change and then a week later I discover I had been leaking oil for a week (after driving 7 hours for the holiday). Do not take your car here for service they are careless. The next time they see me Ill be asking for my money back.

When I called for service yesterday, I was told me there were 4 ahead of me, but come tomorrow at 7:45 and youll be first. The office opens at 8, but doors were open at 7:45. I got registered. They checked all my tires, capped off the low air in all my tires and gave me no bill!!!!!! Courteous, congenial, professional and shockingly neighborly!!!!

I recently moved away from Salisbury, but came to Delaware Tires in Salisbury due to trusting them over the years. They sold and installed new tires for me at an extremely reasonable price. The mechanic was especially nice about showing me how to reset my pressure gauge when it went off after Id left the shop. As I was dropping off the car, I remembered that I could use a rear windshield wiper. They easily added it to the order and charged fair price for that as well. Service was done quickly. We will continue to come to Delaware Tire, especially for our larger purchases.

I have always liked Delaware tire, but on this trip I had to fight for the warranty coverage. I was first told that the warranty was invalid because we did not rote the tires every 6000 miles. Then i was told that they were over inflated, but when i told them that the tire pressure gauges stated they were inflated right they backtracked . If you are going to offer a warranty then it should be honored without the run around . They finally honored the warranty but it should have been handled better

Everyone is honest, professional and transparent. On several occasions Ive suggested a service that I thought I needed, like an alignment, and they always caution me to go with the covered service first, saving me money on something I might not need when they could easily agree and just do it.BTW, if you buy tires there, BUY THE TIRE WARRANTY. Its well worth whatever is costs per tire. You get free rotations and balancing for the life of the tire, and it partially covers puncture repairs and other damage. BUY IT.Again, friendly honest folks all around. Highly recommended!

I was in the market for a set of 17 tires for my Sequoia. Im very pleased with Delaware Tire. Expecting some sticker shock due to the tire size, DTC set me up with a set of BFGoodrich tires that ride great, are super quiet and a lot more affordable than I thought. They lived up to their promise of making it easy. Highly recommend Delaware Tire.
