I took my Envoy to get repaired. Transfer case was damaged, and possibly needing to be flashed, and stability track off message. All of this covered under my Extended Warranty. I went over all of this with a female staff member named Debbie. Debbie then advised me that all vehicles that they service there are required to be given a full diagnostic at the price of $130. I agreed and signed the paper stating that I agreed. Later that evening Debbie called and said that my transfer case transmission had to be drained and checked for fluids before she could call my warranty people with an extra $125 more for draining the transmission. I asked Debbie why was that necessary and she said it was part of the diagnostics of my vehicle. At that time I asked Debbie I thought the $130 covered all diagnostic of my vehicle. She informed me that it did not cover under the $130 that it would be an additional 125 more. At that time I requested to speak with the service manager. Someone by the name of Nick said they were the service manager and my vehicle needed these things done before they could diagnose the exact problem, and call my extended warranty provider. I reluctantly agreed feeling that I had been forced by staff there to either pay the $130 for diagnostic, and come pick up my vehicle with nothing being fixed, or pay the additional $125 more. I agreed to proceed forward as I need my vehicle to get back and forth to work. Now Ive went from paying $100. Which is my deductible on the policy for my extended warranty. To now having to pay $255. Sometime Friday afternoon Debbie calls me leaving a message stating that after draining transmission all looks good there, but I have a damaged electrical wiring harness which is an additional $145. more. As of Sunday night me writing this inquiry I have not answered them about the wiring harness but I have called my extended warranty provider, and I dropped my truck off Monday morning at 9:00am as of 6:00pm Saturday evening they still have not called in a claim to my extended warranty provider. So at this time theyve had my truck a full week and Ive racked up unnecessary cost for repairs that were not covered under my extended warranty. A grand total of $300. that I dont have laying around. I feel that they are cheating me and ripping me off at the same time I strongly advise everyone that reads this DO NOT take your vehicle to Hertrich Chevrolet in Salisbury Maryland. I am a very disappointed and unsatisfied customer that will never be a customer again at this facility. Thank you Nick and Debbie for forcing me to agree to pay these unnecessary repairs. As Im sure you guys do everyone who bring there vehicles to you, I CALL IT THE ROYAL SCREWING.

I submitted a review on their website the manger asked me to call. I called and told him we had nothing but problems. He said he would talk to the service manager and the tech and promised he would call me back the very next day. Surprise he never called back. If you have a car you and live in Salisbury please take it somewhere else these people don’t care!!! They didn’t do what we asked initially then charged us double what we said we wanted to spend. They blamed the custom shop we used ( who was conveniently closed due to the pandemic) for our headlights being messed up after taking our Vette to Hertrich. Our lights worked perfectly before taking it to Hertrich!! Why would you do business with a company who’s general manager lies and doesn’t bother to call when he promises no matter what he will!! Absolutely disgusted with this place!!

I bought my first car at Courtesy of Chevrolet in Salisbury, hoping that by trusting a dealership it would be a good choice. They sold me a 2014 Ford focus. When I pulled out across the highway something felt wrong. When I called them and told them who I was and what I bought they told me to come right in and they would look at it. When I arrived they took my keys and I waited for an hour! Then they come out and tell me they do not work on Fords. I called and spoke to manager I think it was Joe? But I cant remember. He told me it wasnt his problem and didnt know why he had received the call. Very rude and down right disrespectful. If selling lemon cars to young girls is how they make their money then I want no part of it. I went down the road and traded the Focus in at Gateway Subaru and got a way better deal and a way better car.

I went in with a classic bumper replacement. My car was in perfect condition before I took it there. Except for the bumper. Now my car has a noise. Classic fix one thing and mess up another so you can keep coming back and spending money. Another person thought it was happening to them also. Don’t take ya car there. I have a 2014 caddy CTS turbo. Smile in ya face then laugh behind your back.

We are new to Hertrich Cadillac. We just moved to Lewes, DE from SC and had to find a Cadillac dealership to service our leased XT5. We had no problem scheduling our appointment. Even though this dealership is an hour away from where we live we will certainly continue to use them as our dealership for this vehicle.They identified a problem with one of the tires and were able to provide and install another tire so we could return to Lewes. Very accommodating.

Service is not good. I find them to be very non-transparent and manipulative when servicing my company vehicles. I would not deal will never purchase a vehicle from Hertrich. I am looking for another cadillac dealership to service our fleet of vehicles.
