So many people dont know of this location. It isnt listed on the online store pickup on the website. Not complaining because its almost never crowded and they always have stuff. In stock. Great staff and clean store

Literally wouldn’t even know if this place existed if you don’t Google “bath and body works” and this one randomly pops up! The ladies working inside this B&BW though were very friendly and very willing to help. Had a good selection for the size of the store! Marketing kept up to date and new products as well! Very cool to see it’s one of the last stores open in this dead mall!

Outstanding sales and prices. A hidden secret. A nice indoor walking area for exercise. Plus a great soul food restaurant.

Its a little weird because its an old empty mall but then again thats the plus side too. Its the only reason why I go into thst mall is to go shopping in there. Its very clear, well organized and the staff are friendly. Its no different than any other location youve been to.

This place could be alot bigger I wish they would move out of the mall and into their own store

I really like everthing here, Im more of a body product person but... They change the products quite often & only keep a select few of the best sellers. Unless you know what your going straight in to purchase, you have to smell an awful lot of products to find what you want. Never the less, great products & always great sales!

Guys, this is the best place to shop for the ladies in your life. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Definitely going back next year for xmas shopping

Our Salisbury location is in a big, almost empty mall, but this location stays super busy. They have the best sales women of any Bath & Body Works. I cant say enough good things about this location.

I really enjoy the big Christmas sales at Bath and Body works. Sadly all three wick candles sold out online and in stores. Darn it.

I love Bath and Body Works! This particular store meets the standard. Its organized, has friendly staff, and 9/10 has everything in stock (depends on time of year/holidays).

Generally have what Im looking for when it is in season for it. Im not into most of the scents so I truly do have to wait a year for most of my stuff to come back. I do love most of the mens scents & I do buy them.Im a female that just likes good scents & nothing fruity gross fake smelling.I do LOVE that they now do the rewards here. It helps me save time & gas. I work nightshifts only so my time in the day is crunched. So thankful they did that.

Well organized and stocked items friendly staff

I love B&BW...but it was so crowed you couldnt even walk around the store and shop. All the good candles were gone and every body spray and lotion I wanted was gone. The 2 x I was there b4, the lady told me I would get my reward points within 72 hrs. And its been over a month and a half, never did get my points. So now I have to call to talk to someone about it. Some if the ladies that work there, definitely dont know what theyre doing.

Its very neat not crowded ever

Very nice salespeople. I was looking for a certain candle which they were out of due to the candles being on sale but the sales lady showed me a similar one and I loved it. I go every year to this BBW and will continue. Very helpful.

Suzette was very helpful and making sure that I took advantage of the deals that were going on today. She made sure that I had the app to make sure that I dont miss out on the rewards and offers.

BBW is a great brand and pretty much sells itself. This store is NOT one of my favorites because they (unlike Concord & Charlotte and everywhere else) do not provide store coupons. Do not leave your coupons at home. You must have them for this store.

I think they need to get seaonals stocked more of when it is in the seasonal . This season there was one meantioned on line but never made it to the store at least in salisbury anyways( gungerbread latte) that one I was really looking for. Not everyone orders on line..

They have a good assortment, but when you find something you like ( thats seasonal) when you go back its already pulled off the shelves. Should keep a section with seasonals stocked year round.
