Quick and easy.. my son and his friend were waited on fast and piercing were done right away.

I wouldnt give Piercing Pagoda my business as I called several times and couldnt get anyone to ever answer the phone. Very poor customer service!

Went here to get my ears pierced, let me just start off at this was my second hole being pierced on my ear. I took care of it, did what I was told and ended up with a keloid. And as if that wasn’t enough the jewelry broke. Do not recommend, I even paid for the most expensive jewelry for my ears. Waste of money, and they don’t know what they’re doing!

Order online just to find out that they didnt have what I want and the manager Sharon was no help or Elizabeth.

Tiny! But theres a good selection of rings, piercings, and necklaces! And the price is...well...lets just say you get what you pay for😅

I got my cartridge pierced before the epidemic with covid 19 and paid for the insurance if something should happen and during the time the mall was closed two of piercing fell out. I went to the mall where I got them done they asked me do u have the earrings . I told U they fell out I told her she then replies well. We have to have the earrings ... If someone pays the insurance to cover the issue when something happens they should back it up !!! NEVER AGAIN
