Well we went there today to look for some prime rib of beef. Assuming this was an authentic butcher shop, there was almost nothing behind the glass, and they had a slab of meat just sitting open on meat slicer as if it had been there for sometime. When it was our turn, we asked if they had prime rib?? They had no idea what we were talking about!! How can you be a butcher shop and not know what prime rib is? We walked out. Seems you have to drive a good 30 min or more from this area to find a butcher. We ended up going next door to Acme and having the butcher there cut us some fresh prime rib.

They are friendly, helpful and attentive. They make the perfect cuts and give only highest quality meat for a amazing price. I recommend going here if you ever want great customer service with high quality meat.
