I have been their client for almost 7 years now. A couple of years ago, we had a Herman Pellet Stove installed, which this year I replaced with a Gas Stove.Rick and Stu Turner are great. Highly knowledgeable and professional. They installed our new gas stove on an expedited schedule to suit our travel plans. Their installation and service staff is excellent.Dealing with Survival Products is always a pleasant experience.

I tried to use this company to replace my existing fireplace. Just to get them out here to let me know that we could not do it the way we wanted cost $100 and a week. That was no problem but we wanted the unit we had replaced because it did not work properly so we asked for a price to get a similar unit. Have not heard back. Winter is coming and we would like to use out fireplace. If you are to busy for new business please just let people know.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!Had person come out. Blew out electric and motor had to be replace, then 3 months later it is not working. Called and only to be told its not under warrantee ! Not only did they charge me for replacing it, had to pay for service call when he blew up the motor he was just servicing. Had to pay electrician for service call. Tired of wasting my money and time. BEWARE!
