This place had amazing icecream to shakes to smoothies. Staff are friendly and fast as well. They have anything your sweet tooth could want.

Very friendly workers! I dont usually get cold stone creamery because i think its over priced. Me and my friend got the cake batter remix. Hers in a cup and mine in a cone. They gave it to us melty. I love ice cream but i took two bites and threw it away.

Yesterday my husband spent an hour and a half waiting on a custom cake I ordered 3 days ago, because the blast freezer was “broken” but they repeatedly insisted it “would be ready soon.” After he spent an hour and a half waiting and decides to come home cakeless, they call me an hour and a half later to tell me the cake is ready at 9 PM. I asked them to please hold it in the freezer until this afternoon. I came in at 4 pm and was told that they did not have the custom cake I was explicitly told was ready. They told me the freezer had been left unplugged last night so my cake no longer existed, but the store had opened 9 hours ago at that point. No one called to tell me or remade the cake in those nine hours, they offered to allow me to wait another hour for them to make it. I chose a $25 premade cake instead as it’s now the day of my sisters birthday. The girl working the register made me a very gracious offer to just take the $25 cake instead of the $40 cake I ordered and already tipped on, we could call it even. They charged both my husband and I for the cake, so I’m currently waiting 48 hours for them to process $85 in refunds on one small ice cream cake. Just to wind up with a ready made anyways. Massive waste of time, horrible customer service experience, absolutely nothing was done to fix the problem caused by their negligence/incompetence. For $110 and over 3 hours of work, I could’ve made a much better cake at home.

I came in for ice cream as I do quite often, and I happened to be in uniform (i’m in the military). I went to checkout and asked for the military discount as I do normally and the cashier named Courtney I believe asked me if I had my military ID on me, which I didn’t at the time. I mentioned how I had my uniform and even badge on me yet it still wasn’t enough and she still questioned me and I was then denied the discount because she needed “proof”. If you’re training your employees to assume those in uniform are lying then something needs to change.

This location has always been able to accomodate my daughters peanut allergy by going into the back with clean scoops and getting icecream that has not been cross contaminated. Very few ice cream shops can accommodate this type of allergy. It means the world to my daughter that they can. ❤ It means the world to me to be able to see her happy! Coldstone has the best icecream I have ever had. I love that you can sample before you buy... for those who like to change things up. However, I always stick with the same thing... and I am grateful this location keeps my favorite on hand... not all locations do. The taller, slim gentleman who has taken our orders many times over the last few years always seems to remember my daughter has a peanut allergy. We only go in a few times a year... but he remembers... you cant beat service like that. We have not been in so many months due to Covid... but hopefully when we return, things will be just as wonderful as they always have been. Thank you, Salisbury Coldstone! For anyone wondering if this place is worth it.... Definitely!

It was an experience. They took their delicious icecream and literally chopped it up, blending in some candy and nuts, and put it into a homemade waffle cone. Amazing. You must go at least once.

We pre ordered our ice cream from the parking lot since there was a huge banner covering the store front ( figured we couldnt go in) fine no problem we understand.... 20 min wait for order... Ok we will go to the shop next door ( keep in mind we have 4 kids) we go in to get our order... They pull it out of the cooler... 2 were supposed to be cone... She hands me 2 cones after i asked... Then i asked if she could put them in the cone so i didnt have to try and manage it in the car... Sure no problem... We ended up with ice cream soup missing some of the mix ins... So 3 disappointed kids and a huge mess to clean up... Thanks for bringing us joy today.

It is a wonderful place, I’m allergic to peanuts, they have a peanut free set of ice cream, and there ice cream taste wonderful, if only I could go back, we haven’t went anywhere since the viris but after all it is a great ice cream shop, they have amazing customer service they are all really nice! I miss your ice cream

Cold Stone Creamery has the tastiest ice cream in Rowan County. I recommend the sweet cream flavor mixed with chocolate flakes, almonds and the strawberry topping. Oh, dont forget the waffle cone bowl!

We tried a few other ice cream places and none top this! It was delicious, fresh and had great customer service. Ive gone here three times in the last two days. Im a huge ice cream fanatic and I give this place an A+

After ordering the two flavors of ice cream I wanted and size I was rushed to the cashier and not asked for what toppings I wanted and was served a sorry excuse for the love it size. The female employees, who I assume to be highschool kids, were playing and screaming like little children, concerning myself and the other customers.

Usually unfriendly service, especially during afternoon with the gentleman.Raspberry is always either frozen or almost gone. We got the large and they only give you one scoop of your mix in, which is The same as small.Last visit our portion Was Barely full. We pay for it, we should get a full cup
