The sales woman was excellent! I had taken my grandmothers ring in for an estimate for a repair. She checked the ring prior to sending it out. I received a phone call regarding cost of repair and was totally blown away. I feel that the estimate was outrageous and there were said repairs that were not even needed. We have purchased quite a bit of jewelry from zales and I do love each piece but I will be hesitant to take anything there for a repair again.

Ive had a problem with this company twice now. First my ring my boyfriend got me for Christmas two years ago and now a necklace he got me for our second anniversary. I had my ring cleaned by them and a month later the center gem falls out when we took it to them they quoted us around $90 for a new gem to be put in. They called him a few days later saying that it would be double what we were quoted because the prongs were broken and all the gems would need to be taken out then re-set as the setting was repaired. I couldnt believe it when my ring came back with a different cut of gem in it. The original cut of gem they had in it wasnt even supposed to go in that setting because it could fall out. Shocking🙄. Now for our anniversary he ordered me an onyx necklace surrounded by smaller diamonds. The first day I wear it one of the diamonds falls out! Now he called them because it was still under warranty and they said the best they can do is take it back and give him his money back then he maybe can buy a similar one for the same price. To hell if were getting anything from this company again because obviously they cant stand behind their work without ripping people off! I recommend no one buy from these crooks!

I have been dealing with Zales for over five years. My husband got my bracelet, friendship ring, wedding rings, and chocolate rings from here. I had a watch repaired and links taken out of a watch by them. My experience with sales staff (all of them)was excellent. I will continue to buy from Zales.

I originally loved this store. Its the closest Zales for me (and even then, its an hours drive away) and located in a mall, so i would drop in whenever I was in the area to have my wedding band and engagement ring cleaned. I had them sized down right before my wedding in 2016 and received them promptly without issue within three weeks.When I took them back last month to be resized again, I was told that they would be ready by July 5. I received a call around the 3rd notifying me that the jeweler had noticed a damaged prong, and that my ring would be finished no later than July 20, since it had to be sent to another jeweler.Today is July 26th. Ive called four times over the past week to ask them the status of my ring, and Ive been told twice that they would call the jeweler, ask the status and estimated return date, and call me back. I called yet again today and received the same response. If they dont call me back, I intend to go to the store and either demand a refund for my missing wedding bands or some sort of confirmation that I will, in fact, get my rings back.

This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had. I bought a ring for my wife for Christmas. She went in to get it sized and struggled to get someone to wait on her to the point she left in frustration. Employees sit around without asking to help her. Employees having personal conversation with people over the counter. All the while she stands. At some point she called me to tell me her frustration when someone approached her asking to help. At one point she says I cant help you is you if you want to talk on the phone. Angry, my wife thought it best to leave. She returned two more times once to get the ring sized, without success, and again to finally return it. Mind you at this point she has had no luck getting anything done. It still hasnt even been sized. She couldnt even get it returned. They said I had to return it. When I finally get this thing returned I wlll never go back or say a nice thing about Zales. I will never go to any Zales!!!!
