Took $1675 of my money and never did the work. Filed bankruptcy. Do not pay up front. (This was part of a home sale, and payment up front was required.) Ive got receipts and the _still_ broken windows to prove it. This guy is grade-A sleaze.

These guys were great. During the course of a day, one of my window panes was shattered. Randy came out within the hour of my call and replaced the pane without replacing the whole window. He was very quick and charged a very fair price. He also cleaned up after himself when he was done. I highly recommend this company.

I am very disappointed with the customer service. It took no time for them to come and measure our window. The problem started when I couldn’t get in touch with them about if the window had come in. I would call and leave voicemails and receive no calls back. When he did finally call back, he said my window was coming in that day. It took another week for me to get a call back about scheduling. When we finally scheduled, they called saying they would be late and NEVER showed up to install the window and I still didn’t get a call before they closed about rescheduling! Waste of time and energy!

I needed a mirror cut to size, they took it right in on the spot and charged me a fair price, good people
