Nice location near my house. We bought a few thing for a Halloween party and really enjoyed looking at the Halloween decore/costumes.

They have a great sale on drinks!!! Go here to get all of my sodas. One week its Pepsi next week its coca-cola. But I dont shop for groceries as it seems overpriced. But Just check the flyer for sales.. The Staff is nice though..

Been trying to eat healthy lately and came here to get salad bar but found many tongs fully thrown in the food. Ended up going to get a burger. Look what u made me do Mr Teeter!! Lol.

Nice Store inside and out. BOARS HEAD DELI MEAT!!!!! I drive 30 minutes there for that reason alone. Good prices and good sales. Produce is good also.

Went in for Mothers Day, the floral department here is best in town.Nicole is amazing, shes a lifelong floral designer,super helpful, friendly and the floral manager here .She makes beautiful arrangements, does weddings, proms, occasions, holidays and quick pickups. Give her and this Harris Teeter a look, you wont regret it.

This is my favorite Harris Teeter to go! It’s the only one in my city. But the nicest store ! It’s always Super Clean! They always have the Freshest Vegetables and Fruits!! The Produce Manager Steve is always so helpful at picking out the fresh Watermelons for me...❤️.....!I love how you can pick out your own Meats also ( Steaks, kabobs, chicken, etc...) Not to mention the Fresh Seafood, you can choose from too.Our family raves over, The great Sushi Man that is there too! He is available about everyday to make hand rolled sushi for customers :) I just can’t brag how Wonderful the Harris Teeter in Salisbury is! They also have a very Large Beer and Wine 🍷 Section 🤩...So it’s a win-win for everyone ☺️You will just Love Shopping at this HT!!

Worst store for customer service Ive ever seen!Rude and so disinterested employees.Outrageous prices.Im embarrassed to have this store in my neighborhood. Publix needs to overtake it or at least give some lessons on customer service!We wouldnt go back to this store again for anything.

Nice Store, but their refusal to fully integrate with Kroger is pathetic. I can earn loyalty points, get fuel discounts with my Kroger Loyalty card, but they wont take a Kroger coupon that came in the mail and digital coupons from the Kroger app dont work in store either. Today...at Kroger and other owned stores I would earn 4x fuel points on gift cards and 3x points on all other purchases...but not at Harris Teeter

Went to get groceries for our beach rental, but could not shop at this store due to unclean & unsanitary conditions. Saw numerous dead flies in the lower deli case. Very disappointing and disgusting since I normally shop Harris Teeter at home. 😕

This is the worst Harris Teeter I have been in. I went to pick up a grapefruit two weeks ago at Harris Teeter and my finger went right through it due to a large moldy area underneath it. I noticed the same problem with the mangos when I was there. I went back today, two weeks later, and still found rotten grapefruit. Check it out the next time youre in there. I bet the one in the photo will still be there.Their organic produce section is pitiful and not well looked after. They need more organic produce and they need workers who keep an eye on items that go bad.

Waited 45 minutes to have 1 sub made. VERY shorthanded in deli/pizza/sub dept. Covid is no longer an optional excuse. Get with the program and get a new manager that knows how to schedule workers for your depts. While waiting this store lost at least 4 customers wanting to get subs. Not to mention running a half an hour late to have several subs made that were ordered online for other customers. Poor customer service. Very dissatisfied with service that we have been receiving in these depts for many weeks is aggravating. No consistency in sub making as there seems to be a big turnover of help and no training.

Can be a bit pricey sometimes, but well worth it for most of the healthy items.

Understaffed in the deli area but pleasant employees behind the counter. At check out there was a $9 plus error on the bill from an erroneous item scan and the teller was going to let it go at my expense until I questioned it. What was he going to do about it?? Customer service finally made it right. Very disappointed. Its not the first time.7

This store is well-stocked and staffed. It is clean, the service was quick, polite, and efficient. I was able to get everything on my list, impulse buy, and get paper bags at checkout.

There were several shoppers not wearing masks and no signs in or outside the store that I could see asking people to. I felt incredibly unsafe inside the store. My diabetic mother-in-law uses this location as her main grocery store. The management of this company should be ashamed of itself.

Usually we have a really good experience, but not today. I asked your cart attendant if he had washed down the carts. He said yes. Clearly he had not wash them down. They were still covered with rain from the parking lot. In these times, I do not appreciate someone telling me an non truth. When I got to the checkout line. The cashier was finishing up with a person. He asked me to step over to the self check out. He then took a person right behind me. I do not understand. Please let me know what you think.

Staff isnt the kindest and no bread available for breakfast sandwiches which started at 7am.... it was 8:35 am when I tried to order one.

Great produce. The staff are damn good. The selections can be a bit limited (especially the bread from the bakery - no hard crust available only), but it is the south so Im not surprised.

I normally have a good experience but not on this day (9/11). I had pre ordered a birthday cake for my husband, pick up was set for 3:00. I get off work and go straight there I walk into the cake department and stood there, stood there, and stood there.. ah duh, I know you see me is what I said in my mind. Now mind you Im trying to be patient and act civilized, before I left work I had just got off the phone with this store who had me on hold for ten minutes just to tell me that they did not have a balloon with 50 on it. What made me write this review is the lady stood right there putting icing on another cake, did not acknowledge me (customer), nor say I will be right with you, but yet carried on a conversation with a young lady that came out of the deli, then a young boy stood in the back on the telephone. Harris Teeter, is this how you treat your brown customers? I didnt appreciate the disrespect my money spends just like anyone elses and I can take my business elsewhere.

Great store. They have the best and freshest veggies and plenty of organic and non-gmo products.

Great wine selection. Also, if you want a quick meal, they have the food bar and freshly made pizza for those on the go. After the gym, I would go get a fresh green salad with pasta salad and whatever else could fit in the box that went well together...Vegetarian eats😊

They keep reorganizing the store... but l like the quality of their products so Ill put up with it.

This store has great produce, deli, and meat departments. They have a wonderful selection, and when they have sales there can be some great deals for stocking up. The order ahead service for pickup does have a fee associated, but to me it is worth the quality and convenience. This location can be busy, and in peak traffic times it can be difficult to get out of.

The employees do their best here but I get the vibe that it’s because the management treats them with such disrespect. I’ve seen a couple of the managers roaming around but they don’t seem to care about their employees. There are 3 I guess they are customer service employees that work at the desk that do not care about the customers, very snappy and I have heard them bark numerous times at the cashiers. Dont give rain check anymore have to go to another store

I tried to let this go for a couple days, but I just couldn’t after thinking it over. I’ve been in management during a crisis before, and this is not how the situation should’ve been handled. On Sunday, March 22, my wife and I went to get a few things, including olive oil. We got one bottle that was on sale, and found it mislabeled by almost $20! The person working the register, Brandon, was very helpful and tried to give us the oil for the price we saw (we went back and showed him a picture for proof). However, he needed a manager override when it wouldn’t let me process my card payment. The manager—Lisa—came over and refused—not pleasantly—to override the issue because it was clearly mislabeled. But whose fault is that? Isn’t that HT’s fault? So we went and got another oil instead. The system in the self checkout register crashed, so we transferred our stuff to another register and re-rang everything up. Then, the new oil—HT brand—was off by $4! At this point, we just paid and left.Looking at my account last night, I found Harris Teeter had double charged my account because of the system crash!! Looks like I’ll be going to Publix from now on; when they make a pricing mistake, it’s free. Thanks for double taking (twice) my money, time, and energy, Harris Teeter!!!

I have saved TONS more money at Harris Teeter than I ever have at Food Lion. They have great B2G3 deals, which means you buy TWO and get THREE MORE FOR FREE. Their kale lemon salad is great and their sushi is phenomenal! Cashiers are always super friendly and have helped me to my car when I take my toddler son with me, without me even having to ask! Great place to shop and great variety!

I love this HT store. Clean store with well stocked shelves. Enough cashiers so youre not waiting in long lines. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist. Great deli too!!

Every time I go to Harris Teeter, I have no surprises...the place is never dirty, never cluttered, always clean and welcoming. The prices are a little higher than oter grocery stores, but the variety of goods offered (including lunch-on-the-spot!!)is wonderful.I can find pretty much what I want here. The staff is so kind. If I could, I would give each young person working there a full scholarship, to any school they want.If I could, Id double everyones pay.But I am no Melinda Gates. So, all I can do is say whats on my mind. Harris Teeter is a jewel of a store.

Most grocery stores have a lot of stock when you go early in the morning. This one is never stocked anymore. I never find anything in here and usually everything is overpriced. Back before covid-19 this used to be a nice store. But now that people are buying groceries more this place has nothing to offer. Doesnt stock simple things like meat. And usually does not have very many produce offerings. Everything looks picked over in here now no matter what time you come. Evidently no one is restocking this place very efficiently. Every time I go there early in the morning the people that are supposed to be stocking or talking to customers about nothing related to the grocery business. Like this company when it was more customer friendly. I went to school with the original Harris and Teeter boys that made this company famous. The original company was based out of Charlotte. Both Harris and Teeter lived in Mooresville and both their boys went Lees- McRae University in Banner Elk North Carolina in the early 80s with me. I wish those two families still owned Harris Teeter. It is owned by Kroger Brands now and great customer service has left the building. The Harris and Teeter boys need to come back and show you how to stock this place. They would locally Outsource, or get it directly from the state agricultural people before they would run out of product. Aldis, and the Food Lions in town are much better in Salisbury North Carolina. And Aldis is a German company like Kroger. And of course Food Lion is delhaize in Belgium. And Hannaford company in Maine. But theyre keeping stock better then Harris Teeter during covid-19. May you seek Jesus in your life. To God be the glory.

Pretty well organized and staff is nice and helpful.

They have great a selection of many different kinds of foods and other things. Like that you can buy fresh fish and all kinds of vegetables. When I cant find it anywhere else, I usually find it here.
