A great little health food store! I love to get my natural lotion and soap from here. They offer a selection of health food items and teas. I also get some of my vitamins from here. Its very cute and has a pleasent energy.

Very clean and nice store,great verity of herbs, oils and food and drinks. Along with herbal soaps bath care products and teeth care products. Very helpful people and very polite and they are knowledgeable about herbs and oils and home remedies. Very enjoyable shopping experience.

Simply Good is simply a great place to shop for upscale organic brands, produce, fruit, health drinks, non-dairy items like ice cream, and so much more here. All employees are super great! If you think everything here is expensive because of quality, not so! Simply Goods has lots of specials, sales, and discounts. I have purchased quality products here lower priced than Whole Foods, or Harris Teeter. You just have to walk in, and browse. Check this place out!!

For the size of the store, they attempt to stock a lot of products and variety. The prices overall are steep. Many of the products they offer are available online through other sources but there are times when you need something immediately; this is your place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Somewhat convenient location depending on the time of day your shop.

First time visiting last week staff very friendly and helpful but busy. Prices are quite a bit higher than where I normally go. Bought a bottle of oil of oregano employee got from behind counter. Didnt realize untill after I got home the exp date was 1/20.

Expensive with premium profits obviously in mind, this store does provide a selection of goods unavailable in other grocers of the area along with essential oils and body oils that are quality luxury items. I expected more natural produce, but the shelves are stocked primarily with specialty processed goods that are organic and of quality production. Not recommended for a budget shopper. The service was average with a bit of condescension towards a customer not familiar with their products and lacking the initiative to welcome their customers or offer assistance before being requested, preferring to chit chat at the counter.

Awesome store with a large variety of inventory. A little on the expensive side but that extra cost is well worth it to support local business.In my case the staff are the deciding factor. I was approached 4 times within a 5-10 minute span. But never engaged in conversation. After making a purchase and exiting the store an employee rushed out the store so fast the door slammed behind him. He stood there and watched as I walked down the side walk. I was disheartened. I had been profiled. Being approached that many times was not to sellto/educate me. It was to make sure I didnt try to steal something.Here is where I could describe my clean cut appearance, my income and moral standing, but why bother? Ill just head over to Amazon and have products delivered to my front door.*edit, after reading the other reviews I can conclude that its not just me and that minorities, children and possibly the handicapped are not welcome at this store. Shame! A healthy lifestyle is the gateway to inclusion and tolerance of others and the foundation of spirituality.

Very nice place and the staff is really honest and helpful. They carry a wide variety of items and their prices are very reasonable.

I love Simply Good so much that I drive a 30 mile round trip just to go there. I know many of the staff and they always remember me. All of the staff that I interacted with have been helpful and respectful. I purchase about 10 different items from Simply Good. Its only on a rare occasion that they might be out of one of my regular items. If they are out they almost always have it back in stock in less than a week. They will call me when the item is back in stock. I have never received a bad product nor bad information about a product. I am a Vietnam veteran with long hair and a long beard and never have I encountered a detrimental remark about my appearance. Being a veteran I also get a discount on the items I purchase unless they are already on sale. I could go on about how much I like this store but I believe I have said enough to encourage anyone to shop there or refer someone to visit Simply Good.

Ive had several good experiences here. They have a great variety of healthy food, spices, teas, bottled beverages, body products, supplements, vitamins, books, and many other items of interest to those interested in a healthy lifestyle. The staff members are helpful and knowledgeable. They have several registers so even if it gets busy they can get customers checked out quickly.

I traveled from another city to shop at this store. When I asked about using their restroom, a look of horror was on the lady’s face as she shook her head no, & said, “NO, NOT WITH THIS VIRUS!” They carry a lot of different products, but nothing I can’t order from Amazon with the added bonus of getting to use the bathroom any time I want!

My wife and I have been shopping at Simply Goods many times, but my wifes most recent visit will be the last. She drove an hour to the store to pick up some things, while shopping my 4 year old said he had to pee. She asked if he could use the bathroom and they refused and said that they could find one a block down the road. My son was doing the peepee dance and could barely hold it and they refused to let him use the bathroom. Their reason, the owner said that no one could use the bathrooms because people were coming in stealing merchandise and flooding the bathrooms causing damage. We understand their reason but there should be exceptions to the rule. A little child has a hard time holding it when they have to go. My wife and son had to run to another place to keep from having an accident. Sometimes a little discretion and understanding can be applied using common sense. Instead a repeat customer has been lost. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

I like the store and the decent selection of items. However each time I visit the store I like the staff less and less. One time an older woman behind the essential oil desk loudly voiced her opinions about dreadlocks (which I have). They never seem to be busy but either feel very rushing when speaking to you or sometimes I feel like they follow me around expecting me to steal or something. Ive also taken my children in there and the seem to hover over them, expecting bad behavior. If they trained their staff and offered a bit more kindness then I would give them a better rating.

I love Shaylnn. She was exetremely helpful and tentative to my situation. I try my best to go when she is working. I does seem that some staff do not help and appear to have a lack of training concerning the magnificent product lines that this store has in stock. As alternative medicine becomes more appealing to the population, we should strive for unity, peace, and progress for all. We all breathe the same toxic air, eat toxic food, and drink toxic water. No one wins with toxic environments, if we all dont wake up to reality really soon. Peace and many blessings to the owner of this place of healing!!!

I was recently searching for places to buy herbs and other things that I need frequently when I came across this place of business. Upon reading the reviews (which I usually do for any business) I saw the review from Jon H. I have children of my own as well and if a child needs to use a restroom and you refuse a 4 year old to do so then you ought to be ashamed of yourselves! I will not be spending any of my money here. I get that you have to protect your inventory but to refuse a small child use of a restroom...that is just shameful!

A staff member will now personally escort you to a restroom in the back of the store and unlock it for you. Now, thats good customer service! Its simply shameful that someone would write a 1 star review based on another 1 star review and not a personal experience.

Awesome place to find everything! Dont order online. Dont wait for what you want. Dont pay for shipping. I found EVERYTHING I needed including CBD. Oil, spray, paste, drops capsules, gelcaps. Traditional brands and those more obscure, hard to find labels. Prices comparable to Vitamin Shoppe and better than GNC. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Convenient location. Dont drive by, look for the simple storefront with the green awning.

They have a very large inventory of vitamins and organic foods but the customer service wasnt at all customer friendly to me. Dont want to make it a black n white issue but I am black and they were friendly to the other non black customers In addition to my comment and in response to the Russell Greens comment directed towards me about Simply good food of Salisbury Nc in which you felt I was keeping racism alive...you sir wouldnt know what I experienced because you were not there at that time or place with those two particular individuals that I dealt with. I dont know how the place is now but I that time that was my experience. O and Im sorry that Im ignorant to the fact that Christians cant be racist as well. My bad for my experience!

Wow I used to love this store until today never going back again. My 4 year old wanted candy, so I grabbed two honey candies that are like 10c (I love them always get them when I shop there) and handed them to my son weeell woman #1 was immediately said Hold on a second those arent free. I turned to look at her like are you kidding me right now I know that. I was so upset I told my son I would get him candy from another store instead. Later when I headed up to the cashier to pay for my shampoo the cashier woman #2 asked me Did he grab any candy or something?. At that point I wasnt surprised they would say that, but in my mind I wanted to let them both have it and tell them Dont you think if he had I would of put it along with my shampoo to pay for it?!I paid for my shampoo and got the hell out of there before they accused me of stealing next and because I didnt want to get sick from anger since I am 5months pregnant. Im sure they felt satisfied they just saved the store 20c from a candy stealing pregnant mexican thief or i dont know what they were thinking when they said those ignorant things to me and my son.
