I have often requested supplies outside of our regular service delivery dates and he has always delivered our product in a timely manner. Being in the wastewater industry for almost 30 years Ive dealt with quite a few uniform companies. UniFirst has been the greatest experience so far. They are easily able to provide the specific uniform needs for our team whether it be FR clothing, lab attire, field uniforms, t-shirts/polos, etc. Our rep Tony is personable and has built a great relationship with our staff over the years. Dont slow him down though, he hustles. I believe Tony is what makes us appreciate UniFirst so much. He is typically all over our needs and able to recall off the top of his the status of any orders or request we have, even if it has been some time. Seems to know sizes, type of uniform, etc. for many of our 100 employees from memory. From time to time UniFirst management stops in to see how things are going and, They are all over it if an issue is mentioned with it being immediately addressed. We rent our uniforms and, one fella gained a little in the waist area which made his pants a little more snug than comfortable. The employee shyly mentioned it to the managing team that stopped by for a visit and they cheerfully responded, You need to be comfortable at work and, boom he had all new fitting uniforms the following week without hesitation!!! Our driver Cody does an exceptional job every week with my shop, Bobcat of Accomac, getting us what we need, may it be extra uniforms or dealing with missing uniforms as well as always making sure were always kept up to stock on shop supplies such as soap and rags. We are a very small company and we use Unifirst only for floor mats with our logo and plain mats. We have not received an exchange for clean mats in nearly 2 months. The service as been inconsistent. They may do better with big companies but I would not recommend them for small companies which seem to be low priority for them.

The purpose of this review is to recognize just how great of a sales person UniFirst in Salisbury, Md has in Cody Bristow. Another company had dropped the ball on my order and I was in need of an order of T-shirts and hooded sweat shirts with a team logo. The time frame I had was very limited. I called over and in no time I was working with Cody on what I wanted. Cody helped me design the logo for these shirts, offering me multiple different logos, as well as color schemes that I could use. With a very limited time frame, Cody was up front and honest that this order was going to be pushing it, but after working with him I knew that this is the company that I wanted to use. Every few days he kept in contact with me via email, text or phone call giving me an update on my order. The t-shirts came in very quickly and looked fantastic, a few sweatshirts were apparently back ordered and we didnt think that they were going make it. Friday morning (my function was on Friday night), Cody called me and let me know that the sweat shirts were not in Salisbury, yet they were over in another location near Baltimore and apologized. At this point I figured that I just might not have them in time. That afternoon at around 4pm I received a phone call from Cody telling me that he had drove over and picked up the sweat shirts for me and asked where I needed to meet him! I could not believe that on a Friday he took the time to drive 2 hours each way to help me out!I think this shows just the quality of person and sales person that Cody is. His attention to detail, honesty, and work ethic is something that is very rare in people today. Since then, I have referred Cody to several friends of all different businesses. Cody has successfully completed a number of sales with them and also signed a number of them up for the uniform rental program. Every time he has offered the same excellent service. The best part is he has saved all of us money!If you need help with getting great quality products, saving money, and building your brand/image, I highly recommend calling into UniFirst and asking for Cody Bristow!
