I need to buy a Ferris ZT mower, but they didnt have any in stock. Left my name and size needed. They claimed to have some coming in soon and agreed to call me.so Im still looking for a mower. I like the Ferris design, so hope they get more soon.

I gave up on purchasing power products from big stores a few years ago because of poor quality products They all send you here for warranty work anyway. I now buy all my power equipment here and have not had trouble with any of it. They have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Their prices are comparable to the big stores, but the product quality here is much higher. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and start here.

Purchased a log splitter from here. I live in Georgia. I had made arrangements to pick it up. They had the foresight to call me and let me know that they had to be closed for a day or two. I was able to change my schedule and pick it up later. If I couldn’t, Kemp was willing to meet me there when they were closed. Great place to buy, great people too!

Went in ready to order a part. two sales people helping one customer so I waited. other customer walks in with weed eater and the other salesperson helping other salesperson goes and skips me and starts helping him. left after that. wont get my business. used to order parts from them all the time.

Poor service!!!! Don’t go in and ask for help unless you have model numbers. They would not even look for the simplest ring or plug for a lawn mower. What happen to sales staff that cared about customer service.They ask if I bought the mower there . No I did not but had come there to but a weed eater and a chain saw. Instead I order all on line and saved money.

Friendly, knowledgeable, I have an Echo string trimmer and a blower for personal one yard use but have an affinity for huskvarna XP chainsaws.5stars+ . For home owners or pros this is your one stop shop for outdoor power products.
