Really appreciate Brandon and the crew. Had a local mechanic put a clutch in my Harley and it was literally destroyed in under 100 miles. Terrible customer service. Put in an application for a bike. Never heard anything so I messaged. They apologized and said they’d check on it. Waited a couple days still nothing. Messaged again. They apologized and told me to call finance team directly. Several hits on my credit but they couldn’t even tell me I didn’t get it if that’s the case.

Went in for a service and to fix something simple…. First I was told I would have my bike back same day, which turned into an overnight thing….. second of all I was charged more then expected and when I received the Bike back it was not fixed properly unfortunately and I was still charged for the repair….. not satisfied…… and just to add i just purchased the bike… if your shop wasn’t capable of handling it you should have turned me away… and maybe tell your mechanic not to tell people there bike will be done the same day… I just bought the bike thought I said that also reason there is a moped tag on it from the previous owner
