Noticed some speaker issues on my brand new digital piano (purchased from another dealer) and brought it out to Guitar Man for them to take a look. Customer service was excellent, they dealt with a million questions from me, and returned my piano good as new. If you need repairs done this is the place.

I have bought several instruments here and always go to get my guitar restrung because they have a good variety of strings at a reasonable price.

My son (17 at the time) put a guitar on layaway for her second Moms birthday and after paying it off he gave it to her a few weeks later on her birthday. The amp cable wouldnt work due to the piece on the guitar being loose. We took it in for repair and they were kind enough to not charge being it was a defective item. Once we picked it up it was still broken and they would not exchange replace or allow him to return the guitar. Feel like this was a little unprofessional, especially considering this is a child spending hundreds of dollars of his hard earned money... Not the best business experience! My son has now found a new local business to spend his money on music supplies. In the meantime we sound found someone private to fix the problem with the guitar.

Over the phone you know Im coming in there not knowing as much nicest people you ever want to talk to the one guy just great five stars just on Customer Support over the phone because a lot of places blow you off in this place totally engaged me I wish you knew the guys name five stars

Staff are very polite when asked questions and encourage you to try out instruments, HUGE selection of all kinds of instruments!

Always very nice and friendly staff. Lots of variety of instruments. I am not musically inclined but any questions and help that I need they are quick to answer my questions or assist. They also have an affordable monthly instrument program for kids who go to school and are learning to play.

Tim and his guys are the best they offer great service, prices and more then fair trades and purchases. Selection is great and changes day to day. I used to surf the web and pawn shops for guitar deals but Tim beats them all hands down.

As a drummer, I find this place to have the most selection in our area. Great prices, great people, couldnt ask for more.

Purchased a Spaun acrylic vented snare drum for my grandson. It was advertised as being in excellent condition and according to my grandson it is in excellent condition. UPS delivery was less than stellar. Tracking information was basically non existent. Since shipping was free I can’t complain too much.Drum was definitely as described. Great place for anything and everything guitars...

My daughter likes to get the .25 cent picks. They have a good selection of drums, basses and electric guitars, as well as some mandolin, banjo, sax, trumpets and other instruments. The acoustic guitar choices were a little lacking and mostly one Chinese manufacturer. There are some higher end pieces behind the sales counter. They offer repair services as well.

Im the one known as The guy in the wheelchair I wish there was a bigger rating cuz these guys deserve it. They helped me out of depression and anxiety and so much more just by theyre kindness, humor and friendly personalities. They made me feel like I am part of a second family theyre all like brothers to me.

It sucked I was in there for about 20 minutes to price some drum equipment for Christmad and no one approached me at all to see if I needed any help. There was a Male and a female going over some paper work behind the counter but neither asked me did I need any help So I decided to gather up the prices of the items myself and left the store. I will just order the items online.

Great small local shop with new and used instruments and equipment from guitars and basses to accordions and cellos. They also repair them. They did a great job in my violin. The repair guy is usually very busy and may take a couple of weeks to get your instrunent back. Amazing costuner service. Also a place where loca musicians get together to talk.
