I have spent the past 3 hours trying to find someone to help me electronically sign for a package or print a door tag, and have still yet to find someone willing to do anything more than give another phone number to call. I will NEVER use FedEx again as long as I live. Id walk across the country barefoot to pick up a package, before I Fed Ex got any more of my money.
I recently needed an irregular and oversized item shipped. Penny Cullen and team went above and beyond to maximize the items protection while saving me $160.00 in shipping charges. You dont find many businesses these days who will work so hard to save their customers money this way. They have made a customer for life in me. I recommend using them with absolutely no reservations.
Our business works with FedEx office at the Salisbury branch mutilple times a week and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about their customer service. They are fast and produce a wonderful product. We recently used them to buy a new table cloth with our business logo for events and it turned out beautifully. The entire staff is amazing!!! Will always do business with them!!!

I needed an 11th hour print job on short notice. Penny was professional, energetic, and cheerful. The young woman who helped me at pickup yesterday (whose name I have sadly lost) was the same. Short story – they helped me out of a jam and were friendly and effective in every way. I had a great experience!
These tards think theyre clever. You bring in a package of which you are well aware of the weight and dimensions and they tell you it will arrive in 5-7 days. Then, 10 days later, it finally arrives and you look at your account online and see theyve suddenly decided your package was heavier than they first quoted or larger than they first quoted and they had to adjust your price accordingly (much higher). Its how they pay their bills. They think theyre clever but if youre paying attention, you can catch them doing this. They do it all the time. Well, I guess if you cant offer good service, you have to lie and nickle-and-dime the customers to death.
Went to FedX today to forward print pages via e-mail. Have been there many times in the past year, and the guy who helped me then was absolutely wonderful. This woman today really only wanted to play with own her personal phone. Wasted $5.00 & she knew it but offered no future solution to the problem or any refund. No personality, no customer service effort whatsoever. Should not be in this job

I went to get a copy and asked the lady how much it was and she said it was .14cents.U can only use ur credit or bank card for .14 cents.I put my card in n got my one copy.Got my receipt for .14 cents.Came home n accessed my bank account n 10.00 was out of my account as well.I called n was informed after the fact there is a 10.00 hold on .14 cents until tomorrow morning.Never was I told about this as I asked when I came in how much it was.The guy I spoke w tonight said its on the machine.Why wasnt I told when I askef about the price.The library is free w no problems I will never go back to fed ex for any coping or faxing ever
HiI experienced a miracle on Sunday at the Fed EX Kinko’s in Salisbury MD. First of all I have to Thank Juile for her assistances and helping me get the job done! I drove 2hrs one way to get this job completed and wanted to proof it first, did not have time to overnight it. When I got there I found out my file could not be opened. Luckily she was able to use the image and give me what I needed otherwise I would not have the promotional cards I need for a show I plan to attend this Friday. I have to say that I have always had outstanding service at this Kinko’s. Come to find out Julie remembered me from 7yrs ago and I remember her offering me outstanding assistance then. Thank you Julie for small miracles ( huge to me)
Ive only been here for quick dropoffs, but never had an issue. Seems to be a well managed location.

Nice people --- did what it supposed to do. Sent a fax --- noticed that they have lots of office supplies and they werent too busy.
I was just at the Salisbury Maryland location and I must say that the employees dont want to give a customer the time of day let alone HELP. I will never go again. Went down the road to The UPS store was greeted when I walked in from a friendly associate., and they were CHEAPER.

Needed some copies at an odd hour...I remember when kinkos was open 24 hours.
The lady who answered my call was very rude. She had a terrible attitude. People like her should not deal with customers and give a business a bad name. Due to her ignorance I will no longer be back.
