I work here we do our best to get the appliances out and testing them and servicing them replacing any parts that need to be worn you replace we vacuum wash down the appliance run clothes in them make they are correctly tested then we clean them up and sell offer a great warranty if you bring back your other appliance they will even add a year to your warranty the only catch to the warranty is that you have to bring it back to have it fixed or exchange and in extreme cases cant make a customer happy we will refund but come see you for yourself!! Check out the showroom also have many funny weird old signs hanging around to look at and read as entertainment and its pretty cool

Every single appliance in my home has been purchase used, most of them have been great and lasted for years! But every single one Ive bought from Appliance Exchange of Utah has been a nightmare. Sure, they have a warranty, but you physically have to bring it back in, they wont come repair it. I dont have a truck, so it means I have to pay someone to help me do that each time. And then they will send you home with a different appliance that will have the exact same problem as the one you brought back.I bought a washing machine from them. It broke after just weeks of use (with the exact issue as the washing machine i was replacing!). I took it back and they exchanged it for a different one. The new one they sent me home with had the exact same issue! After that I just gave up and ended up just purchasing one from a different company that delivered and installed for free, and it has been perfect ever since.Same experience with the oven I recently bought. After paying to have the thing repaired twice after just owning it for just a few months (since I didnt want to go through the hassle of physically taking it back this time), Im realizing it would have been cheaper and far less of a headache to just buy a new one in the first place. (Spent over $450 in repairs already, on top of the cost and delivery fee I paid buying the oven in the first place.)There are way better places to buy used appliances with better quality control that will actually come to you to repair their stuff if it doesnt work as promised. Save yourself the headache and either buy new, or go with a company that actually stands by their work.

I have bought used appliances multiple times from different appliances places, these guys by far have been the most helpful and have the best selection. Highly recommend this place, Ronda is a sweetheart and very helpful.

Front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I was able to do same day pick up and they also offer 1 and 2 year warranties which are hard to come by for used appliances. I highly recommend!

I bought a refrigerator with this Store around 2 month ish ago..and the refrigerator already broken.i used to buy a second hand appliances for my regular guy those are last longer then these guy.I would not recommended buying from this store.What a Shame.

Now that its been 11 months since we purchased our washer and dryer, I figured it was time to update my review. Both our washer and dryer are STILL working like a champs. We havent had any issues (knock on wood) what-so-ever and I LOVE my steam fresh option on my dryer. Ill certainly go back to them when its time to swap out our fridge. It is a bit out of the way for the south end of the valley but well worth the drive.Excellent price on a freezer, great service, all in all a good place to look of youre looking.They had a pretty good inventory of refrigerators, washers, dryers.Friendly and able to go the extra to make the same right.Would definitely go here again.

We have used Appliance Exchange of Utah several times in the past and have been pleased with the results. These are all used appliances so you need to choose carefully and recognize that parts on them can fail. If you bring in your old appliance, theyll give you a one year warranty--if you bring the unit back to them for repair. They do not deliver or make service calls. For us, its worked well. They have been easy to work with and weve been happy with their service. I love not contributing to the landfill and the low prices.

All the fridges were disgusting! Literally mold city in all of them. They hadnt even been cleaned out. There were a few new ones that werent moldy but still not clean, the one we wanted didnt have handles at all and theyd have to order them. This was in their showroom... the place where they display items available for sell... Covered in nasty mold!

Great place to get appliances! Got a kitchen fridge, 5 years ago from here, and back again for a garage freezer. Freezers are hard to come by these days! They took us back and showed us some freezers that would be coming available. It was great! If you need any appliances, come check it out!

We walked in and were directed to the showroom. A nice salesperson showed us all the dryers and answered all our questions. 10 minutes later we were checking out with a new-to-us dryer! We will come here again. We love having a warranty.

My wife and I purchased a fridge from this place. Sure enough, 15 days in the fridge doesnt work. Now in order for them to replace its going to cost another $100 just to pick up and deliver a newone back to us. Also, there is no guarantee the new one will work. By the time we are finished with everything, we might as well have bought a new one at Best Buy. Which is what we had to do.... So dont waste your time and money. This place is very unprofessional and they sell bad products in my opinion.

Wish I could do zero stars... I bought a washer and dryer set there for pretty expensive for a used set and there was a 30 day warranty but I bought it for my new house and when I moved in the 30 days were over. The first time I turned on the washer within 30 seconds the drum was leaking water. Dryer works fine but is useless without washer. Super frustrated that the appliance came broken.

I found a great range in almost new condition for a great price. I was worried with Covid going on that I wasn’t going be able to find something affordable or within a great timeline as orders are backed up. Give them a look and they have a year long warranty to hell if anything is wrong.

Very friendly staff clean place....the appliances are not in good shape. Could have bought a washer privately cheaper with better quality. I bought 2 washers and 1 dryer in oct and here it is dec and both washers dont work well, very loud, and the one washer is leaking water everywhere. Of course the warranty they told me only is good if we exchange our old appliances which we didnt. Now not only are we out the money we have water damage and have to find new appliances. Dont recommend for washers at all. The dryer we purchased works great.
